The older Leo becomes, the more often I think about his future character, outward features and behavior. How much can we parents influence the son with upbringing ?! What kind of relationship do we have in the course of our lives ?! After all, there are quite a few cases in people's lives, in particular, and in my eyes, when a child is a beautiful relationship, after growing up, something went wrong. Or vice versa. Leo does not have a year yet, but his whole life is interesting to me. I think that's fine. And all the work that depends on me, so that our relationship with my son has always been loving, honest, caring towards each other, paying attention even when he has very little time.☺️💓

Ведь бывает не мало случаев в жизни у людей, в частности и на моих глазах, когда будучи ребенком отношения прекрасные, повзрослев, что-то пошло не так. Или наоборот. Лео еще нет года, а мне уже интересна вся его жизнь. Я думаю это нормально. И все сделаю что от меня зависит, чтобы наши отношения с сыном всегда были любящими, честными, заботливыми по отношению друг к другу, уделяя внимание даже когда у него будет совсем мало времени.😊💓

So, here wanted to share my take on INTERMITTENT FASTING (the eating protocol that gets more and more attention and exposure in social media!... when you don’t eat for approximately 16 hours and then consume all food within 8 remaining hours) So, After having done my own profound research , having tried it on myself and on 2-3 dozens of my online clients, I came up to a conclusion that it definitely works , however works in terms of loosing body fat, improving mental/cognitive functions , self body detoxification, and just health improvements in general, which is all amazing, but let me be very clear , if are a beginner and your main goal is to build as much muscle mass as possible and get strong af - stay away from it ! At least until you get the size and strength you desire ! From what Ive noticed, most trainers who promote this protocol in vast majority had built their physiques over years without fasting and only then applied IT and successfully lost the last stubborn layer of fat and now just maintaining relatively lean physique (which is absolutely possible with IT)
Summing it up, IT worth giving a try if your goal is to get leaner or maintain achieved conditioning, but do not rely on it if you are a skinny individual who is fighting for precious pounds of lean muscles !
For most optimal anabolic state in the body I do not recommend to refrain from food for over 10 hours !
Or another option is what I personally do from time to time , I call it “mild” version of IT when I only fast for 11-12 hours max and then eat my zero carb , high protein and high fat meal for breakfast, then gradually increasing carbs in the following meals throughout the day ... give it a shot

If you lose power, your fridge becomes useless, and you risk losing everything inside. These next household storm hacks are just the thing you need to protect the fridge.
Quarter on a mug of water. If you're evacuating from your home because of a storm, this simple household storm hack will tell you if your food is spoiled when you come back. The day before you evacuate, fill a mug full of water and place it in the freezer overnight. In the morning, put a quarter on top of the frozen water and return to the freezer. If you come home and the quarter is now at the bottom of the mug, you know you lost power, and the food in the fridge is spoiled. If you find the quarter in the middle of the mug of water, you lost power, but it was briefly, and some of your food may be salvageable. If the quarter is still on top of the water, your food is fine.
Washing machine cooler. If you have food and drinks, or even medicine from the fridge that need to stay cold if you lose power, fill your washing machine with ice. It will keep the ice and items cold just like a cooler you take to the beach. You don't even have to worry about what to do with the ice after the storm, or if it melts because washing machines are designed to drain water.
