Friday's lesson on Fear:
Your brain cannot tell the difference between imagination and reality. Therefore it's important that you are cautious about the things you allow people to tell you, what you tell yourself and what you choose to believe.
📚🏡 In order to combat your fear you need to:
1. Identify your fear(share it- speak it out loud) you'll find that you aren't alone and that many people share the fear you experience.
2. Write out what would happen if your fear actually came true. What's the worst that could happen?
2.1 if your fear came true, write out the steps you would use to keep it from happening again.
3. Write out what it will cost you if you allow your fear to hold you back.
4. Write out what are the benefits of conquering your your fear and a achieving your goals.
Speaking your fear out loud, seeing it written on paper and realizing that you have the power to conquer your fear using real life methods to move past it & achieve you goal turns on the mental switch from it being an all powerful suspending fear with no end to an obstacle that can be defeated so you can move past it.
