Few years ago the recipe for black-white mignons was recommended by my friend @culinaryjourneybyme who had and still has excellent cooking ideas for various occasions. And I always bake mignons for all the most important family celebrations. Why? Because they are very delicious, always succeed, easy to make and they look very pretty :) Mix 500 g softened butter and 300 g caster sugar, gradually add 5 eggs, 2 tea spoons vanilla sugar and the zest of one lemon. Half of dough mix with 250 g flour and half with 200 g flour and 50 g cocoa powder. Bake them separately on baking paper on 220 °C cca. 10 - 15 min. When they cool down, cover the dark dough with apricot jam and add the white one. Weights all together with a few kg and let it rest 48 hours. Then pour it with chocolate glaze.
