As the seasons change so do my workouts. My favorite supplement from @warriorfuel_supps in the fall is by far their Re-Fuel. Quick muscle re hydration and rebuild is what I want that time of year due to putting many miles on. This time of year I switch it up and use a pre-workout daily along with BCAA’s or a type of Re-build supplement. Few years ago I had set a goal for finding a non-typical antler during the shed season. It was late March and unseasonably warm so I was considering not even going out. Black and White Challenge 3/7. One of our favorite things to do, is hit the hills in the spring time and look for shed antlers.
