I am failing to keep with doing a simple post a day. I apologize. I have however lost a lot of weight and am down to 270 pounds. I currently am struggling to cut alcohol out of my diet and stay a little more consistent with the intensity of my workouts! My hamstring is torn so legs and cardio are a little difficult and then my hand is broke as well buy in still able to grip.battling adversity is a challenge.

For those who don't know I work in Logistics for the Air Force. I love my job. I work with some fantastic individuals, all full of different personalities.
I work in a warehouse where we have fun and talk shit all day. I thought of spongebob randomly and wanted to take this picture.
My point mainly behind this post is to remember to have fun at work when you can, but also to not forget about doing deadlifts to help grow those lower back muscles.
