We're changing things up this coming Monday. Instead of a live chat, we'll be having a 1 hour discussion where you can post your questions to one of the Legendairy Mamas team. Erin from @lovinglatch is a Certified Lactation Educator (CLE) and will be answering your questions about preparing for breastfeeding with your partner. If you have questions about how to encourage bonding with your baby and partner, how your partner can help with breastfeeding, what to do if you have a reluctant partner, etc, this is the Q&A for you! Dads or partners are welcome to ask questions too. 😊To learn more about Erin or to book a one-on-one virtual consultation with her, check out the Legendairy Mamas page on the Legendairy Milk website (link in profile). Post your questions for Erin below and she'll answer them on Monday night.
Thanks to everyone who shared their photos and feedback on Legendairy Milk's products this week. Once again we had so many submissions I had to make 2 posts! (Swipe left to see them) I'm so glad @legendairymilk has helped you get that much closer to reaching your breastfeeding goals. Just a reminder that 100% of any sales made this weekend will go towards helping Vivian's family with her funeral costs.
#tbt When my son was 9 months old and my life revolved around pumping. I was still pumping 6+ times in a 24 hour period. The more mobile my son became, the more interested he became in my pump, mostly just how many times he could pull out the tubing while I was mid letdown lol. It became increasingly difficult to find a small chunk of time to pump uninterrupted so most of the time, I would hold him in my lap with one arm and clutch my flanges in a death grip with the other. Can anyone else relate? 😂 I can laugh about it now but dang he was a milk tyrant.
Review - Lechita
Lechita was the first Legendairy Milk product I purchased. Gotta say I love it. Definitely my favorite. Had about five let downs in 8 minutes. Pumped at least 2 ounces more on both sides. Unfortunately I did not capture my results but Lechita is THE TRUTH!! I'm a mom that pumps at work. It gets pretty stressful sometimes Pump in uncomfortable locations/times. Before Lechita I could only pump 3 ounces at work. While using Lechita I was leaving work with about 10 ounces! You save less time at the pump bc you're emptying faster!

I posted this picture on my main page and received a comment that said "gross". So feeding my baby is disgusting huh?? It sucks bc that comment came from a family member. All breastfeeding related posts will be here now..💓
This is me. About to fall off the bed. River has an entire king bed to her left and yet no matter where I place her, she inches her way over. Last night, I slept on the left side of the bed, the right side of the bed, and the foot of the bed trying to escape. Jon had to sleep in the guest room. #sendhelp#momlife#hateshercrib#milkmachine
Having a new baby is hard. We've hit a couple snags that have been consuming my attention. Keeping up on social media is not easy when you're trying to figure out the taking care of said new baby. I promise I'm still around, I'm just navigating these new waters. 🌊 How are you guys doing? I miss my IG fam.

This is a demonstration of how to hand express your milk. Learning hand expression is such a great tool to have in your pumping arsenal, especially if you're out and about and don't have access to your pump. The video is in Spanish and she's talking about extracting your colostrum while pregnant but it's still a really helpful demo of how to hand express. Also after you pump, I HIGHLY recommend hand expressing those last few milk sprays/drops into a bottle. You may be able to extract an extra oz or so of that fatty hindmilk by doing so. #Repost @babysuitebypau
