I don’t post pics of my physique much anymore. Not because I’m not proud, but because I’ve been trying to focus on strengthening my thoughts and emotions lately. How you look physically doesn’t not reflect what’s on the inside. Sometimes people mistake fitness enthusiasts as selfish, obsessive, arrogant, jerks. On the contrary, I’ve met some pretty amazing fitness lovers with some awesome personalities. Fit shaming is the same as fat shaming. Don’t do it. We should all love, respect, and encourage one another. I have some of the same struggles as many other women and men. I’m learning to love myself inside and out. Fitness makes my mind stop racing. It’s not for everyone, nor should it be. Overall health is the Golden Ticket. Finding balance of the mind and body is one of the hardest goals to achieve. Stay positive. Stay focused. My stomach has not been happy with me the past couple of days. 😞 Luckily feeling a bit better today after being very safe yesterday with my food. But I'm taking a step back, going easier on what I'm eating, no coffee, no alcohol, getting my butt to yoga. Hopefully it clears up soon. Until then, here is a low sugar, very simple acai bowl. (And no it doesn't have a ton of crazy toppings... Because if it we're overflowing it would probably make me feel like 💩💩💩!!)

Now I'm not saying the Scales aren't a good measure of progress, but they are just one measure of progress. I constantly see people stepping on them numerous times a week sometimes everyday! Knowing they have worked there butt off and it's not moved or shows a gain. People get so disheartened and demotivated by that little number and let that number bring them down or turn to a chocolate binge thinking "well what's the point"(I used to do this so I know from experience)
So don't let that number define you! An just check in less regular on the scale. If you know your doing everything you should be then trust the process. It's a long term process and results don't happen overnight.
So yes the Scales can help you, when you put it together with the bigger picture of inches, photos, energy levels and so on, but they don't tell you the whole picture alone and what's going on inside your body.
We have normal fluctuations in our weight daily, monthly, water retention, stress, times of the Day, days of the week etc...the surface and place you put the Scales can also effect the numbers too.
My message to you is don't let the Scales take your motivation and focus away when you know you are kicking butt daily!

Many of us set goals right? But how often do our goals land…and I mean really manifest in the long term? 🤷🏼♀️
There may be many reasons why this is the case but a very common reason is that goals are set without a clear motivation. A clear reason “WHY”. ❓❓❓

Did you know I was unfriended by someone whom I thought was a friend? I didn’t align with a thought or viewpoint that they had. I spoke up about something a few months ago— they are going for a certain something in a particular field and I’m labeled as “controversial”. #ohok#nope they couldn’t talk to me or be tagged in anything with me because “I might be bad juju”
Because I have an opinion. 🤷🏼♀️ because I was passionate, because “ I obviously can’t appreciate change” 😒
I had to look deep inside me these past couple of days and just breathe. My life has been constant change lately. I’ve taken on a big move , a new situation.- Where I’ve had to release control and go with the flow. I’ve had to have complete faith in my significant other. I’ve had to just start from the beginning. I shouldn’t have to voice any of this at all either. #Youcanfuckoffwiththatchangenonsense
This person clearly didn’t look at me as a integral part of their life so.... delete.. block.. ignore. I don’t have the time to prove I’m worthy to them. It’s okay because I am quite blessed with a group of family and friends who find me amazing and worthy. Vice versa.
That’s all that matters — but rejection STILL hurts — Sometimes I wish I didn’t give two shits ... but I’m human and I do. I just wish people had the chance too look at how silly they were at times. How sometimes you’ll regret talking to people like you do. How if a position in life is all you seek — you lose sight of the bigger picture. Expressing an opinion certainly doesn’t make anyone negative. I’ll know better next time. Hannah's morning tea thoughts: If a task seems too big to manage, don't just avoid it for fear of failure. Throw yourself at it and see what happens. Sure, you might fail (and if you do, that's fine, you'll still have learnt something), but theres also a chance you'll surprise yourself and absolutely nail it. You won't progress in anything if you aren't willing to risk failure 🤔

Is there sibling rivalry in your house?
If there is, the good news is, the best solution is to let the kids work it out themselves!
When you do hear a disagreement between your kids, ignore it—busy yourself elsewhere. Give them a chance to work it out on their own.
If your kids clearly can’t reach an agreement, or if the fight escalates, you might have to step in. Listen to each child, encouraging “I feel” statements as they tell their story. Then, without placing blame or taking sides, ask them to come up with some solutions. If no one is able to come up with a workable resolution, suggest a few yourself, and help them reach an agreement.

А я несу Дизайн Человека в массы, потому что это чудеса воплоти!
Это не гадание, не тесты, не гороскоп, в котором написано, что Близнецы - это п***ц, если их больше одного, да и одного, порой, бывает многовато (что правда).
Дизайн Человека объяснит тебе, почему ты такой, а не другой и что всё нормально.
Просто приноровись. К себе.
Это настолько сложная многоуровневая система, что личная консультация стоит как чугунный мост. Но для начала можно попробовать и самому, благо, мы живём в век информационных технологий.
Когда я начала погружаться в свой дизайн, а я ещё даже по щиколотки не зашла в этот океан, всё стало работать на меня.
Всё. Стало. Работать. На. Меня.
Постепенно. Очень медленно, аккуратно, вдумчиво.
Нет, я не катаюсь как сыр в масле, но с каждым днём я понимаю и чувствую всё больше.
Я удовлетворена. Я спокойна. Я знаю, что ничего не зря. Я мега чувствительный проектор с хорошей интуицией, которому тело подсказывает верность его решений.
Что я делала, когда не знала об этой своей особенности? Всякие идиотские вещи.
И, котаны, я была самым несчастным человеком на свете. Ошибки, игнор очевидного и бесконечные шишки.
Моё тело может мне сказать, туда ли меня несёт. Например, когда я говорю о йоге, фотографии и путешествиях, у меня по макушке идут дикие мурашки, это очень приятно и не прекращается, пока я не закончу. Негативные реакции я пока не очень хорошо понимаю, разбираюсь.
Ты особенный, но именно такой, какой уже родился. В нужную дату, в нужном месте и в нужное время. И никак иначе.
Лично я каждого интересного мне человека читаю и без этого уже не могу 😅
