We are HUGE believers, fans, and users of essential oils around here. I've whipped up some lovely diffuser bracelets using healing gemstones for our upcoming online Strength in Spirit sale happening on 8/23.
This one is created using Tigers Eye, which provides balance, vitality, and strength of will when worn against the skin. We pair this with naturally sourced lava beads and include our special Balance essential oil blend so that you can add a few drops to the beads, let dry, and BREATHE.
This bracelet is meant to fit the whole tribe and has NO ELASTIC, so will never have to worry about it snapping, or losing shape.

Today's #affirmation is one of my favorites. The power of setting your intentions clearly and then staying in the flow of the NOW until you manifest them is something I can attest to. A lot of times, people confuse intentions with goals. When one hears goals, they feel the need to go chase after them, work harder, do more, compete etc. An intention is nothing like that, an intention is one you set and focus on what you have in front of you, be present and attentive to opportunities that may arise. Trust that what's yours will come to you easily, you don't have to hustle so hard for it. Believe that the universe wants to give you everything you deeply wish for, and all you have to do is be present, over and over, so you won't miss opportunities when they show up. When we're busy chasing goals, we miss life, we miss flow and we might even miss "our goals". Set your intention. Repeat it every day. Stay present. Be ready to receive. Let your "goals" come to you. 🙏🏽✨🌿
You begin by letting thoughts flow and watching them. The very observation slows down the mind till it stops altogether. Once the mind is quiet, keep it quiet. Don’t get bored with peace, be in it, go deeper into it. 🙏 – Nisargadatta Maharaj
--->In that order......sometimes you just have to bring up that courage from the pit of your spirit and just start. And when you start you better hustle because your dreams aren't going to live for themselves. You have to bring life to them. Happy Hump Day Chargers 🤗 #juststart#hustle#bebrave
Why wait? This delay I hate.
It's been a tiring journey:
Time to rejoice for I have made my choice.
Burns blister, bones break, and blood boils
As time heals all wounds.
To suffer long and never to belong.
Immune to failure. Opportune to success.
Excess assets kindles the flames.
Dreams are fashioned in the fire of passion
And yet, I must not lunge!?
Instead, I must be a sponge!?
To hell with that!
In a world plagued by the selfish.
I can only relish as I grab the key.
To the gates of fate. It may be late,
But at last, the first brick.
My kingdom builds.
Bend the knee to pay the fee.
Or lose one's head and join the dead.
No, not like those in the ground.
The ones found above, wandering around.
They who took the plunge to fly.
Without ever asking, why?
Telling oneself a lie. It's a blasphemy to I.
The thought of it, makes me sick.
What a waste. No need for haste.
It's such a mess, but I guess...
Only a Devil winces in the face of patience.
Today's lesson 💖
When it is cold in your room, you turn on the heater and the heater begins to send out waves of hot air. The cold air doesn't have to leave the room for the room to become warm. The cold air is embraced by the hot air and becomes warm- there is no fighting at all between them.
We practice taking care of our anger in the same way. Mindfulness recognizes anger, is aware of its presence, accepts and allows it to be there. Mindfulness is like a big brother who does not suppress his younger brothers suffering. He simply says "Dear brother, I'm here for you." You take your younger brother in your arms and you comfort him. This is exactly our practice.

Every since coming back from India I've become very aware of what I put on my plate, and I'm really making an effort to be more of a conscious consumer. So I have a few questions for you guys: does the origin of your produce influence your purchase? Do you read where your food comes from if it's packaged? Do you make an effort to eat seasonally? No right or wrong answers I'm just curious 🙊💕
This series of texts are from my mother, who has been a nurse and working at a world-class hospital for almost FORTY YEARS. (She is also a health coach and a hypnotherapist, in practice for 10 years.) Today in our meeting, THIS is what we talked about.
She got shamed. Hardcore. Simply for seeking advice and treatment for debilitating symptoms from an alternative healthcare professional (a well-qualified and licensed ND with training in functional medicine) because the conventional system told her she just had to live with it. How they made her feel is NOT OKAY.
We had a looooong conversation today about how wildly inappropriate this behavior is, especially from a healthcare practitioner. I hear these stories from women literally all 👏🏼the👏🏼fucking👏🏼time👏🏼 and it makes me MAD. You should NEVER feel guilty or be shamed for taking your OWN health into your OWN hands and listening to your OWN damn body instead of having some dude preach to you about "all the studies". #
Our digital program? You better BELIEVE there is going to be a section on patient advocacy. How do we advocate for ourselves? How do we get what we need from our doctors without compromising our knowledge of what our bodies are telling us? How do we work the system to our advantage? And most importantly: *How do we get OUT of the guilt-shame spiral the doctor's office can send us down???*
Have YOU had similar experiences in the doctor's office? I know I certainly have. I wanna hear about them. I want to know what YOU need to know about patient advocacy and how to fight for your health and wellbeing and get your practitioners to work for YOU. Comment below!! #
