MONEY MINDSET PRINCIPLES:
Most people never make the money they really want to be making. Not because they don't know how. And not because they couldn't learn how, it's because of their association with money.
One of the most important lessons I learned as a budding coach online is the reason why I wasn't making more was because of my association with money. I believed I wasn't worthy of the money I really wanted. I believed money was for people who do bad things and manipulate people. I believed money was difficult to obtain.
I now realize none of those things are true. Here's what is:
MONEY CREATES GOOD: Money is a positive thing for me, my friends, and the world. I want to help good people earn more money because good people do good things with money. Money itself is neither bad nor good, but put it into good people's hands and they'll do good things with it. Either to help themselves or others. I want to make more money because with more money, I can do more good.
MONEY MEANS IMPACT, FOR YOU AND THE BUYER: Money means I'm making a difference. Whenever someone hands me money, it's because I'm doing something to help them in return. Because I want to make money, I make something valuable to give to others so I can receive money in return. Plus when I give money to others I receive so much more back in return. Giving feels good.
MONEY IS EASY: money isn't difficult to obtain. Money is all around us, ready to be obtained. I always say money is flowing all around us like a river. We simply need to put ourselves in the path of it and it will flow right into our bank accounts. There are so many different ways to make money, but the two things a person must be good at in order to make good money is number 1, they must be skilled at influence, and number 2, they must have a valuable skill they can use to help others. If a person has these two things, they can be confident they will always have the ability to make money. **MORE BELOW 👇👇
A YEAR AND A HALF APART!
I realize that I never really posted a before and after photo since I’ve been in the gym so I decided to drop this here for ya. The first picture i was 100 pounds, and the second one is me yesterday and i weighed in at 116. Gaining weight is hard and having it go in all the right places is even harder but I managed to succeed. I’m thankful but I still look in the mirror and see how much I HAVENT done and HAVENT accomplished. I think it’s important to realize that no matter who you are or what you look like there’s gonna be good days and bad days. It’s all about your mindset. Don’t get too focused on how far you have to go that you forget how far you’ve already come. I probably deal with self-doubt in some aspect almost every day.
I’m sure most of you probably do too?
Here are 3 ways that I use to stop it in its tracks: ✋🛑
1️⃣: Move your body! 🏋️♀️
This is probably one of the most effective and quickest ways to change your state. When you push yourself physically it changes your biochemistry to become more confident and less fearful, stressed etc. When you change your physical state, you positively change your mental state.
2️⃣: Change your environment. 🤷♂️
This is a tough one. But take a close look at your inner circle… You know that saying you are the sum of the 5 people you surround yourself with most? It’s true. Make sure the people closest to you don’t hold you back or make you feel like shit.
3️⃣: Change your inner self-talk. 🗣
This is more of a long-term strategy, but like it or not, everything you say to yourself matters. Your inner critic isn’t harmless. It inhibits you, limits you, and stops you from pursuing the life you truly want to live *if you let it*.
Much of our thinking is so automatic and happening so rapidly that we barely notice it before we move on to the next thought. Making the conscious effort to slow down, and reverse negative thinking patterns will massively move you forward. 📈

Try this exercise to kill your Lats and force them to grow.
Use Sport Grips by @coreprodigy to really target your your Lats.
Using Sport Grips with seated rows forces more muscle fibers to be activated making this exercise extremely effective.
Start by using the Lat bar in the fully extended position. Remember to ensure full rang of motion by focusing on squeezing the sport grips and bringing your elbows straight back in a controlled manner.
If done correctly you should feel the muscles in the middle of your back contract. This will force the maximum workload on the muscles.
Add this to your normal back routine to mix things up. I usually perform 2 to 3 sets of 8 to 10 reps.

New week, new goals! ✔️
I am convinced that it is important to work towards something every week. That's why I set myself different goals every week 📅
Every Monday morning I take time to review my goals of the past week. Which ones have been achieved? Which were not met? Why were these objectives not achieved? How can I avoid this in the future? 😄
Then I take the time to make new goals. This week I want to achieve the following goals:
✅ The first 5 pages for my new website are ready
✅ I want to finalize my new ebook (Growth Tips For 2018)
✅ During this week I will have time to speak to 3 people from my industry.

If you're just showing your teeth with a slight grin, I can read through that smile. I know it myself! You can't fool me! If today did not go as planned, it's Ok.
Don't be so hard on yourself. You still have the rest of the day to turn today around. Take a few deep breaths, get a good book (I here 31 Days of Truth is a good one) and unwind. You deserve it!
Deze foto is van ongeveer 4 jaar geleden. Ik kwam een map met oude Instagram foto’s tegen op mijn computer. Foto’s uit een tijdperk toen het (mij) nog niet uitmaakte wat ik postte. Toen ik nog niet keek naar of het wel klopte; de kleuren, het thema, of het bij mijn ‘brand’ past. Sinds ik dat account verwijderde is het me nooit meer gelukt om ‘normaal’ een foto te plaatsen, zonder te kijken naar het aantal likes, of de foto wel mooi genoeg is, of de foto wel past bij de rest van de foto’s. Of de foto niet te persoonlijk is. Of mijn volgers nu niet in de war raken. Ziek eigenlijk en dat besef ik me maar al te goed. Bladerend door die oude Instagram foto’s werd ik een beetje verdrietig. Ik zag mijn leven terug van die tijd, als in een foto dagboek. Bij elke foto kon ik nog precies terughalen hoe ik me voelde, wanneer het was, de setting. Als ik nu naar mijn Instagram foto’s kijk zie ik een leeg iets. Geen gevoel. Alleen maar foto’s om de foto. Omdat ik iets ‘moet’ laten zien van mezelf. Ik wil weer terug. Gewoon mezelf zijn. Schijt als ik niet bij elke foto hetzelfde filter gebruik. Schijt als mensen van me verwachten dat ik journaling foto’s plaats en een foto van mijn zoon post, of van mijn allerliefste vriendje. Schijt als mijn laatste 9 foto’s niet in dezelfde stijl zijn. Ook al is het mijn bedrijfsaccount, Coffee on Mondays, er zit een persoon achter en dat ben ik. Aangenaam. Ik ga weer terug naar het oude Instagram.

PICK ONE! 😃 ✳️❓TIME ❓😵 Yes, you have the time. Especially if this is a new behavior that you will be working into your day. Start with just 10 minutes, if need be. 🌀Audio options make fitting this into your day the easiest. Simply plug in and listen while: getting dressed, eating a meal, commuting, doing a household chore, during a walk - pretty much any little pocket of time. ✳️Hands on reading can be worked into some of these same pockets of time and easily added by just getting up 10 minutes earlier or blocking out time just before going to sleep. 🌀Expand your knowledge and blossom! A wonderful life can be yours.
When performance is measured, performance improves. Push beyond your limits, monitor your progress and adopt a mindset for achieving goals #healthmates
These pictures were taken seconds apart. Don’t let the transformations and progress pictures fool you - everyone is human and has flab! Plus, we’re all built differently and have different ‘trouble spots.’ STOP comparing yourself to everyone else.
On another note, remember to stay consistent with your posture and outfit when taking progress pictures from week to week. That is the best way to make sure you’re really tracking your results properly!

“YES, here’s more of THAT for you, my child.” is the only response we can EVER expect. And if we want to change something, anything about our lives, we MUST change our thoughts FIRST 🙏❤️
It’s time we stopped hiding behind this idea that ALIGNMENT, FLOW, MOMENTUM, SUCCESS, HAPPINESS, LOVE are meant to be easy. Because like anything good in life, those high vibrational states take practice. And practice is that thing you don’t feel like doing at 4:30am when your alarm goes off 💪😝
Let’s stop pretending that there’s a ”lesson” behind laziness, or “meaning” behind procrastination, or “purpose” behind fear and realize, that resistance is that painful, yet magical point where growth happens. The only way to have what you want is to keep going + growing through resistance 💥💥
There’s freedom in discipline, fulfillment in action & joy in transformation. So let’s get to work, shall we??
