It has been a week since @sjmaybug and I embarked on this incredible (amazing, painful, tiring, difficult, long, challenging) experience. Could definitely not have done this without Sara-Jane, you made sure I didn't fall off any mountains, and for that I am grateful! The recovery process has been long as we were both right back to work on Tuesday - note to self, book that extra day off next time!
Thank you to all those that have donated and all those that are still donating, we are almost at our target!! If you haven't donated and you would like to, or equally if you have and want to donate more, please visit our justgiving page below... thank you!! https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/mind-support-mental-health
So there's 3 days until my first charity run! I'll be running 10km in Kew Gardens on Saturday in London for Mind, the mental health charity (vest in the background). I've already had a few donations through so thank you so much. There is still time to donate to the cause, if you go to https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/eugenela
Any donation is welcome, let's help end the stigma against mental health! I'll do the running so you don't have to, I just ask for any spare coins you have. I'm about to run 6/7 miles now and then maybe one more 2 mile run on Friday as preparation. #mind#mindthementalhealthcharity#10km#kewgardens#running#charity#charityrun#mentalhealth
I can't believe it, I shared my fundraising page 7 days ago and I've hit my target already! Honestly can't thank you all enough, I have very generous friends, family and colleagues. You are all so amazing! Thank you ❤
It's Official! All you beauties have helped me hit the target of £1000 for Mind the mental health charity!! Thankyou so much for everyone that has donated so far and been so generous. Special shout out to furze Beth Luce and Sami and a couple of anonymous doners (you know who you are) for tipping me over the target. With 26 days to go until the Berlin marathon, this is the big push now...Iv been upping the miles, practicing my German for "wheelchair" and eating more peanut butter than ever. Of course this is the big push for fundraising too, if anyone was thinking of donating to a great cause and hasn't got round to it, read a bit more about Mind and the fantastic work they do and donate here on the link: www.virginmoneygiving.com/JonnyEdwards. Your pennies will go towards creating a reality where anyone and everyone suffering mental health problems will have the support and treatment they need through the work that Mind do. Big love x #mindthementalhealthcharity#berlinmarathon#thankyou#PBJ#gametime
I am honestly so inspired by the enthusiasm and support everyone has been giving so far by donating to Mind. In putting the word out to the people I know and love and getting such a profound response, it has brought it home how much of a big deal mental health issues are to everyone, across the board, deeply affecting people we know and love. As well as raising money for Mind, I hope as well you can all help to shine a spotlight on mental health- get talking about it and check on on each other more and more. Big love to everyone that has donated so far.
I had each one of you cheering me on in my head through this 20miler. Your all gunna be pushing me through on the big day that's for sure 👊⚔️. With a bit over a month to go I still have a bit of a way to hit my fundraising target, if you haven't already please check out the link below to find out why I am running the Berlin marathon for Mind, the mental health charity and send any spare pennies you have through to a great cause:

LONDON // THE GOOD SHIP
Prepped and ready for tonight! --------------
AND we are now a part of the #WANDY family!!! Too many people suffer from mental illness in this world, and too many people turn a blind eye. It's time that we change that!
Mental illness is a big issue in all people around the world today, young and old. And together we can help to change that!
How to get involved?
Go to https://wearenotdeadyet.co.uk/ and get a shirt, that's all you need to do, and £2 of each shirt will go to Mind: The Mental Health Charity!
Also, if you feel like you need to talk to someone, for support or even just a chat, there are several brilliant links on the #WANDY site!
Remember, you are not alone, don't suffer in silence.
Peace! 😘🤜🤛🤞 Elements.
A mentally challenging day today, resulting in a uninvited anxiety attack. In the moment I was thinking this is a big one, there's no way I can try again, how many more "try agains" have I got left in me?
I've been getting frustrated and feeling lost in the disorganised mess that is the NHS mental health system. It's disappointing and frightening that I'm one of the lucky ones, I have wonderful friends in my life for support but many do not.
I'm on all of the possible waiting lists through my GP, Primary mental health service, Amy Evans centre and MIND. I am not in the position where I can afford to pay for therapy-otherwise I'd be doing it and I know there are so many other people out there just like me. That is why I am passionate about #MIND and it's why I'm raising awareness and money by taking part in #cardiffhalfmarathon2017 So #Mind can reach more people
Please take a peep at my #justgivingpage
In other news......
I ate my first home grown tomato today and it was delightful. I use Gardening as a sort of free therapy, it definitely teaches patience...Good things come to those that wait I guess.
In June I will be taking on the challenge of walking 10,000 steps (at least) every day in order to raise money for MIND - The Mental Health Charity! MIND do incredible work for people (including me) who suffer with mental illnesses and other mental health difficulties, so whether you know someone with a mental illness, admire the work that MIND do or simply like me as a person then please please donate! Any donation would be hugely appreciated and all of the money will go straight to MIND. A link to my JustGiving page is below and will also be in my bio until the end of June!
I would greatly appreciate if you could please take the time to read my JustGiving Page. For the first time, I will be performing my first ever Sky Dive and will be raising money for a great Charity named Mind - The Mental Health Charity who support people will all Mental Health Conditions.
All donations big or small will be much appreciated. Please share and repost.
Remember: It is hard to think that so many people in this world are fighting inner battles, that we are unable to see.
Thank You x
When everyone is feelin MJ ✌🏽so excited that my #MIND training pack and t-shirt arrived this evening, now when I'm out training I can proudly show the world who I'm running for.. today was about bringing people together and I think we achieved that. What I love about running and outdoor activities in general is that I know it will always make me feel better without fail, not only is physical exercise important to good mental health but I truly believe it helps if you do it somewhere pretty and lovely ...it's absolutely all about perspective, today I used my mental health as an reason do something awesome rather than as an excuse to do nothing. The very fact that today I was able to walk to the peak of a beautiful mountain with beautiful people tells me that my life is actually not all that bad, in fact when I was walking I thought can life get any better than this?! It was amazing. So I say to you, my pesky depression.. I beat you today, and I will try to beat you everyday. #thrivelive#mentalhealthmatters#mentalhealthawarenessweek2017#wellnesswalk#penyfanmountain#mhaw#mindthementalhealthcharity

Hi all you lovely people!
Anyone that's close to me or even pays attention to some of my Facebook posts know that the last few years have been difficult at times. I have struggled with depression and anxiety which have led to eating disorders etc. Now I feel I have the best people around me! People that have stuck with me through the tough times and have brought me back into good times simply by being there and weathering the storms with me. One of these people, my good friend Nicola, decided this year to do a skydive for the mental health charity mind, and I've decided to join her 😬
I couldn't be more excited and in all honestly more proud to be raising for such a much needed and amazing charity and I hope you will all dig deep and give generously. It also happens to be the day before my 31st birthday so it's extra special for me. Love you all lots you gorgeous people (not at all sucking up to make you feel bad if you don't donate 😊) and I know you won't disappoint and will donate loadssssss of the moneyz 👌🏻😘xxx #charity#skydive#donations#donationsneeded#fundraising#pleasegivegenerously#mind#mindthementalhealthcharity#important#awareness#mentalhealth#anxiety#depression#nomorestigma#followthelink 👉🏻https://www.justgiving.com/fundraising/Serin-Mehmet1
I recorded this a couple of days ago but I just haven't had the energy to post it or write anything worthwhile. Which is actually quite relevant to this photo: on Monday (3days away) I am shaving all of my hair off. Completely gone. I'm raising money for @mindcharity - a mental health charity in the U.K. They've helped me so much and at a time when I'm really struggling, my passion to raise money for them is so strong. I know not everybody has money, but if you can spare anything, please donate. Many of you have experienced mental health problems and the money raised will go to help so many others. The link is in my bio. .
Thank you all.
I'm really struggling at the moment and that's why I haven't posted in a few days. Please forgive me. Love you 💕🌸✨
