In the wise words of Eleanor Roosevelt. ••• I've been thinking about this a lot lately. No matter what you decide to do in life someone will always have an opinion. Someone will criticize. Someone will think you're doing the wrong thing. Someone will disagree. ••• For the longest time I didn't want to become a coach mainly out of what people were going to say. Then, for awhile I was nervous to tell people I am a health coach. People have a lot of things to say around the health industry and what it means to coach. However, if I let those opinions stop me I wouldn't have made amazing friends. I wouldn't be helping individuals fall back in love with their health. I wouldn't be getting back on track with my own health, both physically and mentally! ••• At the end of the day, their opinion is not what matters. Their opinions aren't what will make you happy. Make decisions and choices for YOU. Follow YOUR heart.

Well, we had our final dress rehearsal tonight! Tomorrow it starts! Come on down to Winona and watch a play that asks the question "Who fights for Winona and the Mississippi when fighting means the loss of jobs and friends?" .
"Endwaters" is written by Scott Dixon, directed by @_daniel.munson_ and is a @theatredumiss production. .
Witness my multiple characters and numerous costume changes. I sing at one point, so that's gotta be worth coming, right?!? LOL! .
While I've had a couple of hectic weeks, I'm very appreciative to be part of this cast and am honored to be on the stage again in Winona with a professional theatre company. Life is all about experiences. I try and grab them whenever possible!
