Lunch was a vegetarian tomato carpaccio. Totally inspired by Alain Passard. I'm not tagging him cause TBH I have no business doing so...Heirloom tomato with salt, lemon, mint and Parmesan. Vegan it up by nixing the cheese. Doesn't need much if you have great produce.
We cooked a quick and easy dinner for Anne and @wheeler.duncan this evening. Aromatic grilled lamb chops with chargrilled broccoli and bulgar wheat salad, served with a harissa and mint buttermilk dressing and minted lamb yoghurt. Took about 20 minutes, oooosh 🐑
