So I did this today #balletbarre after #pilates & I’m telling you it was a blast. I haven’t done #ballet in many years but all my training in #fitness & #yoga helped me immensely considering I was the only nondancer in the room
#Mirroring did the trick.
After that had a photo shoot which was also so much fun.
Unfortunately I’m too beat to go Duncan ‘s masterclass tonight . 🤸♀️
#Balletbarre is on next Friday as well so come then .

The Missolonghi Lagoon (Greek: Λιμνοθάλασσα Μεσολογγίου, Limnothalassa Mesolongiou) is a shallow lagoon located in the south of Aetolia-Acarnania, Western Greece. It is connected to the Gulf of Patras, a bay of the Ionian Sea. Its length is approximately 15 to 20 km along with its width, its shape resembles a triangle.
The deepest depth is 5 to 6 m, other than the largest part in which its depths does not pass over half a metre and it contains seaweeds. Several islands surround the lagoon Near to the coasts, the depth is only 10 cm and it is a swampy area that a part of it is land. It features fishes. Strabo called the lake Kynia.
Near the lagoon is the Aitoliko Lagoon to the north. Together they form the Missolonghi–Aitoliko Lagoons complex.

I am Learning mirroring which is a highly effective way to get to the real why behind all your why's! What you tell yourself daily (excuses) is just smoke and mirrors. It gives us a reason to be as is and not actually own up! ------------------
If you constantly talk about yourself in the third person, blame others, put others before yourself, feel inferior or superior or feel like you are always starting over, then you maybe mirroring those actions out towards everything else in your life.
For example, if look at others daily and say why can't I do that or I can do that way better than they can, you will either not try new things and hold back or you will constantly over compensate and treat others poorly. ------------------
This is a tool I will be using in my health coaching program to help others become and feel better. Health is not just food and exercise. It is more mental and emotional than you think. -------------------
