Strawberry Basil Spiked Lemonade
1 cup strawberry basil simple syrup (recipe below)
1 cup lemon juice (about 6 lemons)
2 cups water
1 cup Rock N Roll Platinum Tequila
Strawberries and basil leaves to garnish
For the strawberry basil simple syrup:
1 cup strawberries, chopped
5 leaves basil
1 cup sugar
1 cup water
1. Add 2 cups water, 1 cup tequila, and 1 cup lemon juice in a pitcher and refrigerate.
2. Add all of the “strawberry basil simple syrup” ingredients to a medium saucepan and bring the mixture to a boil.
3. Reduce heat to a simmer, and let it simmer for about 20 minutes. Stir occasionally with a wooden spoon, making sure to break up the strawberries to release their juice and bruise the basil to release its oils.
4. Strain the simple syrup to remove all chunks and pieces of strawberries and basil.
5. Add 1 cup strawberry basil simple syrup to the lemonade mixer and chill before serving. Garnish with a fresh strawberry and a basil leaf.

Here at @roxycinemanz I left the egg white out to make a non traditional whisky sour with a #tiki twist.
I kept the sour element to fresh lemon and orange juice.
Sugar is represented by banana liqueur (cos monkeys love bananas 😅) and passion fruit syrup.
But most importantly Monkey Shoulder is there to keep all the deliciousness together in Whisk-a-Tiki 🍹😂🍌.
Wine tasting on Waiheke Island was the best! The vineyards are absolutely breath taking! And the wine 😍 If you have the opportunity, you must do the Wine on Waiheke tour in New Zealand! Hands down, the most beautiful vineyards I've been to yet!
Ain't nothing wrong with a pink drink. Campari and St. Germain is quite the tasty combo!
• 1.5 oz Beefeater Gin
• 0.75 oz grapefruit juice.
• 0.5 oz Campari
• 0.25 oz St. Germain
Shake with ice, then strain into a chilled coupe. Garnish with a lemon twist

Spending a lot of my time in London Recently i got oxpose to the current Adonis hype. I taught it could be fun to do an bit of a take on it, keeping in mind I only have Olorosso & Barolo.
I tried and get the tanic kick form wine leaves and the nuttiness for chicory root.
It is kind of my favourite drink at the moment (but of course I would say that :).
This one is all about the cocktail.
THE LUST ONE:
Half squeezed fresh lemon
2 dashes of tabasco
A twist on a great classic!
