Zombieland: -30ml Bacardi 151
-30ml Bacardi White Rum -30ml Captain Moran Spiced Rum
-30ml Tequila -60ml Orange Juice -Dash of Coke
Started a #vodka and #beet#infusion today with some #opulentvodka
I roasted 3 #beets at 350 degrees for 1 hour, then sliced them and placed them in the bottle. I was going to add all 3 to the infusion, but one of them was eaten and didn't make it 😁
To check if beets are finished cooking, poke them with a knife or skewer. If they are soft all the way through, they're done.

1 1/2oz Pineapple rum (Plantation Stiggins' Fancy)
1/2oz White rum (Plantation 3 Stars)
1/2oz Dry Curacao (Ferrand)
1 1/2oz Fresh pineapple juice
1/2oz Fresh apple juice
1/4oz Lemon juice
1/4oz Pineapple gum syrup (Liber & Co.)
3 dsh Peychauds bitters
4 mint leaves
Muddle syrup and mint leaves lightly in shaker, add remaining ingredients. Add ice, shake until sufficiently chilled. Double strain over crushed ice filled Collins glass. Garnish w pineapple chunks and mint sprigs.

Today is Belgium's national day and my friend Matthias (@servedbysoberon ) asked me and a group of other Drinkstagrammers to craft a cocktail honoring Belgium 🇧🇪 I started with a deliciously flavorful cherry lambic I had on hand and paired it with @chicagodistilling barrel finished gin as a symbol of global connection. After adding a touch of lemon cordial, the resulting drink was lightly fruity, refreshingly tart and pleasantly herbal. #happybirthdaybelgium
The Belgian Sour
🔸3 oz cherry lambic
🔸1 oz barrel finished gin
🔸0.25 oz lemon cordial
Stir all ingredients with ice and strain into a festive stemmed glass.
