One of my favorite quick and easy winter meals! ❄️ 🥣
▫️1 cup chicken tortilla soup (from @costco).
▫️1 tbsp Chobani nonfat plain Greek yogurt.
▫️1.5 tbsp shredded mozzarella cheese.
▫️7 crispy sea salt crackers (I like to crumble mine up into the soup, these are also found at Costco).
▫️2 ounces shredded chicken breast (you don’t have to add this, but if you count macros this is a great way to add extra protein to the meal)
▫️1/8 of an 🥑.
Directions: heat up soup and chicken in microwave or on the stove.
Top with crackers, avocado, Greek yogurt and mozzarella.

Balancing work.. mom life.. and working out is tough!! But I truly believe that being fit should be one of my priorities to stay healthy for my little one. I want us to set an example for him so he will want to be active with us and join all the sports!! Except football (that’s just me.. no opinion of other parents allowing their kid to play football). I love to challenge myself to be better and to be the person setting examples. I’m not perfect, but I’m always trying to do my best in everything I do.
Quite hard to believe that in just a few weeks this little spitfire will be 10. I don’t know if this mama heart is ready for double digits 🙈

Hello my Instagram friends!. Sorry I have been too quiet since starting this new year. I got too busy with my 2 kids, but mainly it’s because i needed to plan my year ahead. I needed to think about my business and personal goals for this year, what i want to accomplish, and what actions are needed to accomplish them. One in a while it is good to take a break from social media to plan your life ahead, isn’t it?
One of my biggest goal for 2017 was to lose my baby weight after having two babies. And I did it! I went back to my pre-pregnancy weight before my first kid.
Now one of my biggest goals for 2018 is to get my tummy flat again. You heard me right! After having 2 kids, my body shape changed a lot. Even I eat healthy and work out as often as I can, my tummy is still wiggly. But I know it can be done! I’m confident @tlsweightloss will help me get there.
My get back to shape journey is beginning with @nutriclean #7daysdetox . Doing a detox is so important! Not only to lose weight, but also to start a healthy lifestyle.
I am already on detox day 6 and @nutriclean has taken out so much garbage like I’m already feeling my tummy flatter lol.

Week 3 Workout 6
With a partner (or two or three) complete the following reps for time. Reps must be divided evenly between partners!
100 walking wall sits
90 single leg squats
80 “milk jug” swings
70 partner Russian twists
50 burpee jump overs
40 side lunges
30 chair step ups
20 jumping air squats
10 long jumps ...
Movement standards and mods:
Walking wall sits: just like a regular wall sit except lifting feet up and out. Each leg lift is a rep. **modifications: just lift knee up or don’t lift at all every second your against the wall counts as a rep.
Single leg squats: keep heel on ground and squat down while keeping other leg off of floor. **modifications: hold on to a chair as you go down for support, go down as far as you are able to.
Milk jug swings: you can use weights, toys, milk jugs or anything. Bring weight between legs and throw hips forward bringing jug to eye level. **mod: lighten the weight
Russian twists: back to back with partner, keep legs off of floor twist and pass an object between each other. **mod: keep one or both feet on the floor.
Inchworms: walk hands out to push up position do a push-up and walk hands back up. **mod: do movement without push-up or knee push-up.
Burpee jump overs: start laying on the ground. Jump up and over your partner then lay back down for them to jump over you. **mod: if you are pregnant do burpee against a couch or wall and just jump upward after. If you don’t want to jump over your partner only step over them.
Side lunges: start with feet together, push butt back and step to the side and lunge.
Chair step ups: step up onto the chair and back down. Open hips all the way at the top. Switch legs each time. **mod: use a lower target to step on
Jumping air squats: squat down below parallel and then explode up opening hips all the way at the top. **dont squat as low and then jump up or don’t jump at all and just do an air squat.
