Today's 30 min workout turned into 40 because I'm babysitting my nephew and had to stop a couple times! Babies first BUT I still did it AND finished it!
No excuses! Had enough time to get in a quick shower and got out the door in time to take them to a mommy and me class! Took the daddy with bc I'm not THAT brave lol!
If I had to go to the gym that would NOT be possible!
I hate doing agility but did it bc that's what was on the schedule and I can fit it into my schedule whenever I can! Today’s move is GREAT for runners but anyone can benefit! It’s a three part move:
2️⃣Lift your knee w/your Core (balance challenge!) 3️⃣abduct your leg with a side leg lift 🌟
This works 1) your balance, 2) your hips & glutes on the leg in motion 3) your core and 4) your other leg as it works with your core to stabilize your balance. 🌟
Try it for 30 seconds on each leg. Rest & repeat 2 more times!

Early morning for us out in the fall air! It's getting chilly!
Yesterday we had a wind warning and basically you got blown away if you stepped outside 😱 so we went a little stir crazy! It was nice to get some fresh air with little miss on our way to volunteer in her bro's classroom.... Downside? I totally got the time wrong and I was supposed to show up in the afternoon...total mom awesomeness right there. Please tell me I'm not the only one who does stuff like that...like all the time. #pureawesomeness#momfail#momrocks
HELLO to all my new peeps 👋🏼 It has been too long since I let you all in on the secrets of my life. Ok, I guess I am not that cool to have secrets but I can pretend. 💁🏼 .
🏕I am ALL about the outdoors.🏕 Nature is my second home. Backpacking is my camping of choice. None of this "glamping" people call camping. If I don't have to dig a hole to, you know what, it ain't camping. 😜
💃🏼I can NOT dance. No really, this isn't just me being shy. Even when I asked my husband to name things people might not know about me, this was his first response, no hesitation.🤦🏼♀️
🍫 I am not a big chocolate lover. 😱 Brownies, chocolate cake, Oreos. No thanks! It has to be the right kind, and most of the time mixed with peanut butter. #obviously I got spoiled with European chocolate for almost 4 years when my husband traveled there frequently. Once you have it, you can't do back!!
⏰ I follow a schedule and that schedule keeps me sane. Throw me off and... well 👿. This in no way means I am organized. Weird, right?!? I crave organization but have yet figured out how to make that my reality. 🤷🏼♀️
🎵I don't listen to music. No joke. I might throw on a random Pandora station while on the treadmill but then the ear phones are back in my bag for weights. I could sit in a silent car for hours. Maybe it is because I can't sing either... Lets just say I am musically challenged. 🙄
❤️ Despite all my awkwardness my passion is to help others. Whether that be fitness related or not. I love know I did something important that day that had nothing to do with myself. Every person I meet, coach, train and/or develop a friendship with changes my life for the better! It is why I love what I do! 😘

Are you stretching before a workout? Stretching is so important to keep the muscles flexible, strong, and healthy. We need the flexibility to maintain range of motion in the joints. Without it, the muscle become tight. Make sure to always properly stretch and warm up before you call on those muscles to perform an activity.
Today has been a very taxing day... And we aren't even half way through the day.
Life with three toddlers is like a circus and when you add a stubborn hard headed puppy that doesn't want to potty train that circus turns into a downright out of control situation!
This morning was practically a breaking point for me.
I was so ready to lose it, but then I told myself take a deep breath go in the kitchen. 😖😖😖😓
I remembered I had my confianza and although it says two capsules I took 4. (they are natural so it won't hurt me)
Below is a #real and #raw picture of me waiting to feel the calm. Let's face it no situation is perfect and everyone can have a break at some point. I'm not ashamed to say I took something to help calm me down. Especially when it is all natural. And I'm not ashamed to say that although I love my family, the day to day can wear a person down. It's ok to break, for a moment. But just for a moment. And then you have to remember it's not the end of the world.

Es ist nun wieder an der Zeit sich dem Thema Musik bezüglich Instagram mehr zu befassen.Es gibt hier so viele tolle Künstler/innen und Sänger/innen.
Mein Sohn liegt mir seit einiger Zeit mit dem Anliegen in den Ohren ein Musik Instrument zu lernen.Ich finde das großartig aber ich muss dazu sagen,dass er seit fast vier Jahren im Fußball Verein spielt.Das nimmt sehr viel Zeit in Anspruch und wir unterstützen ihn wo wir nur können😊
Aber ich wäre die letze,die ihm diesen tollen Wunsch abschlagen würde.Ich selbst hatte nie die Möglichkeit weder in einem Chor zu singen noch ein Instrument zu spielen.Heute bereue ich es.Und alles was ihr von mir hört und seht,ist sagen wir mal ein wenig Talent und aus meinem inneren Wunsch entstanden.Ich habe immer versucht den Kindern meine Musikalität nahe zu bringen denn Musik ist so wichtig und verbindet Menschen.Ich habe bis vor kurzem geglaubt,dass ich es nie geschafft habe mein Talent an meine Kids weiter zu geben.Aber das Leben und die Zeit hat mich eines besseren belehrt.
Ich singe unserem Mini zum einschlafen fast jeden Abend:🎶Guten Abend,gute Nacht🎶vor.Dieses Lied hat übrigens auch eine einschläfernde Wirkung auf mich🙈Eines Abends lag meine Tochter Paula bei mir,als ich anfing zu singen.
Plötzlich ertönt eine weitere zarte leise Stimme.....
Meine Tochter und ich sangen ihren Bruder gemeinsam in den Schlaf.Ich war so gerührt von dem Moment,dass mir die Tränen kamen.Wir beide klangen gemeinsam so harmonisch und einfach nur schön😍
Mein Sohn nutzt unsere Klanghölzer als Schlagzeug Sticks!Er konnte sich lange nicht zwischen Klavier und Schlagzeug entscheiden.Nun ist die Entscheidung gefallen....... Teil zwei und der Beitrag zu dem Foto

If you're hurting, broken, sad, stressed or going through difficult circumstances, a new dawn and a new day will come! .
What many people get confused about with this passage is that tomorrow (literally) will bring joy... while a new day brings a fresh start and fresh perspective it doesn't wipe away he troubles of yesterday. .
So don't think you can sleep your troubles away! Instead know that God promises joy when the darkness breaks, and that's WHEN not IF! .
So today, I encourage you to trust in the Lord. Know that whatever you may be facing today is only temporary. JOY WILL COME!
AND REMEMBER... if you struggle with fat loss, emotional eating or any other type of eating disorder, etc., that God will get you through it. You are worth more than a number on the scale and you deserve JOY! .
If you struggle with food and having a healthy relationship with food and exercise there's a better way! Don't let it rob you of your joy!

Now that I’m a parent this song holds so much more meaning and helps me remember patience and love.
