It's Thursday! It's the day that I get reminded by that ever growing direct deposit that I am changing lives! And it started with mine!
Sometimes my pay is just enough to fill up my gas tank, pay for my kids field trip, put money in their lunch accounts, buy Lia a new slime kit or Johnny a new video game, pay the water bill or to treat myself to a mani pedi!💅🏻 And sometimes it's enough to go grocery shopping for the week, put heating oil in our tank, pay more than the minimum on our credit cards or very soon will be going towards Christmas shopping!
Last year I was able to treat my family to a trip that I earned to Punta Cana and this year will be Riviera Maya! 🌴☀️ Can I get a woop woop?
Whatever it may be right now, it's there and every little bit counts! It's taking some of the pressure off my husband and contributing to our household income!
The point is, that I am growing a business that is changing peoples health and their bank accounts! Two of the most important things in life in 1 fell swoop! I was always good at multi tasking!
I am working towards much bigger goals. The opportunity is there to really make a difference in my families life! Some of my upline coaches are retired lawyers who exceeded their income doing what I am doing!

GRATITUDE 🙏🏼 was one of best practices I incorporated into my daily routine... I shared this post with my group this morning 💜 and wanted to share it with more people because it changed my life!
I honestly didn’t fully know or practice gratitude until beginning of this year.. so this took some time and effort. ( thank you Tony Robbins “talking to me every single day”😜😜😜). #forevergreatfull
I started practicing it when my life was turned upside down, where things were uncertain and scary. When I felt all the anxiety, sadness and stress you can possible feel.. When my emotional pain was so intense I was becoming physically sick...
It was a discipline to remind myself of the many reasons I have to be grateful. But it was an exercise well worth the discomfort 🙌🏼🙌🏼🙌🏼 It wasn’t easy to practice that when your life is falling apart but I knew this was one of those daily routines that is going to help me survive the hard times and rise above.
So, Here’s my challenge to you: Take some time today, wherever you are and whatever you’re doing, to come up with a gratitude list. 😌🙏🏼
If it doesn’t come naturally, don’t let that stop you from still giving thanks. There is still much to be thankful for, if we only have eyes to see.💜 Here are some of my reasons to give thanks today:
1. I am thankful for my health, for being able to exercise daily, to move my body the way it was meant to and play with my kids freely!
2. I am thankful for my family, for my healthy, happy little firecrackers 😜😜 and my husband, Mark who is always there for me and loves me for who I am.
3. I am thankful for 🦄 ,color purple, glitter ✨ , emojis and sparkly shoes 🙈
4. I am thankful for living my purpose, for doing work that matters,that changes lives! 🙏🏼
5. I’m thankful for social media, it can be used in a very positive way and connect so many people across the world!🌎
6. I’m thankful for home workouts! I mean, home workouts are where it’s at ( 80% of the time ) these days for this mama !! 💃🏻💃🏻💃🏻

Breakfast is served 😍
I love adding non traditional breakfast foods into my breakfast meal. Sweet potatoes are a great carb source (super important for morning) and I’m getting a big dose of veggies in too! This is a super healthy meal but it was also super delicious. I cooked up my kale in onions, peppers, garlic and chicken stock so they were bursting with flavor. All of the good foods fueled me up for this fantastic day.
I get asked so often what some good breakfast options are since traditional breakfast foods are usually packed with sugars or not so good for you carbs. Pancakes, waffles, bagels and cereal all sound great and yummy but the sugars and fast digesting carbs they’re made up of plus lack of protein will leave you crashing and hungry in no time. I always suggest to my clients to think outside of the box. Don’t think of breakfast as a meal but as a time of day. If you’ve ever had pizza for breakfast than you know what I’m talking about. All foods can be eaten at all times! Plus this would make a fantastic “breakfast for dinner”. #breakfast#kale#sweetpotato#momoftwo#protein#veggies#girlmomlife#coachlife#daycareprovider
Вот и я добралась до этой темы: разные мужики и девки, ну совсем разные! С Маус мы отрывались весь первый месяц, ни дня без фото. Йоха же ест и спит, громко пердит и любит плавать. Глаза открывать вообще себя не утруждает, рот пошире, крик погромче, если никто не реагирует. А смотреть на нас не барское дело. В общем, фотографировать нечего. У моей подруги есть знакомый, который спросил, открыла уже ее дочка глазки (дочке на тот момент уже месяц был!). Он всерьёз думал, что дети, как котята, рождаются с закрытыми глазами и через пару недель открывают 😲Наш Йоха, похоже, решил поддержать теорию, даже мяукает иногда)

Make the most of it? Or waste it?? There is no shortcut to success!! There is no magic pill or wrap or drink that will get you long lasting results!
It takes hard work and showing up even when you don’t really feel like it!! It’s cold and flu season and I’ve been fighting it everyday this week!!! This morning I was tired. And sore. And I didn’t really feel motivated to workout.
But I got up.
I showed up.
I pushed play.
It was slow at the beginning and I thought about quitting.
Then I thought about why I started.
And I kept going.
And you know what?
About 10 minutes in, I started to feel better. I felt my energy rising and I finished the whole workout!! And now I feel way more energetic that I did an hour ago!!! It’s amazing what exercise endorphins can do for you!!! It actually helps boost your immune system too!! So happy I didn’t quit on myself today!! I would have missed this opportunity to make myself stronger than I was yesterday!! Not to mention all the awesome inner thigh work we did today!!! Hello leg day!! I am going to feel you later!!
One more day until the weekend! Whoo hoo🙌🏻
Tomorrow @vanderson316 and I start our 6 day vaca sans kids, dogs, work, a house, responsibilities and we CANNOT WAIT. We’ve never been away from the kids for so long but we know they’ll be in good hands and quite frankly we need the time with each other.
It’s so easy to get caught up in the day to day craziness and busyness that is our lives - isn’t it? Often times you feel like you’re just going through the motions, you wake up and it’s just another day. Time to reconnect is what everyone needs and I’m so happy we’re taking the time for us.

I guess that is why learning to listen to your BODY is such an important part of any WELLNESS journey ✨ Yes, it's good to push yourself (especially when you know you're just being lazy 🙈) but it's also important to get in TUNE with your bod...if you're tired, SLEEP...if you're hungry, EAT...if you're restless, MOVE❗️

It used to be a whole lot of hard getting dressed because everything was too small. Didn't fit right. Clung to me funny. I didn't like the image staring back in the mirror. 😥
This morning it was a whole lot of hard because my clothes are too big!! 🙌. I need some new fall pieces because the wardrobe is non-existent (not complaining 😂🙊) Is it hard getting up at 6am to work out? Yep, especially now that it's pitch black and cold!
Is it hard choosing not to eat the take-out or bag of chips? Sure can be!
Is it hard looking in the mirror everyday and not liking what you see? Definitely!! Choose your hard!!
Today is the day! Finally we have been preparing for this for awhile!
Today we get to include all our friends from the United Kingdom, they will have access to coaching, my meal plans, workouts and I get to work with them in my accountability groups! Yes they will become a part of our Fit Family!

Hoy para el desayuno hicimos una deliciosa ensalada de frutas con yogurt. Así son los pasos
1.escoger las frutas (preferiblemente maduras y que son fáciles para cortar como banano). Yo tenía un banano, una pera y una manzana que estaban muy maduras.
2. Importante enseñar a lavar las manos antes de preparar la comida y lavar las frutas.
3. Necesitamos una tabla, un cuchillo y un plato profundo para la ensalada
4. Recortamos las frutas, metemos en el plato, echamos yogur y mezclamos
5. Servimos la mesa!
Muuuy divertido. Estaba súper feliz comiendo su ensalada!

The only thing that's standing between you and everything that you want is the BS story that you keep telling yourself as to why you can't do it. 🙌 I had every reason not to do my workout- I'm tired, I'm sore, and I'm moody AF- but I couldn't let those excuses win. Month two is turning out to be more mentally challenging than I thought but it doesn't mean I can't get through it. I'm glad that I sucked it up and got my workout done bc now I can get on with my day. 👌 Grocery shopping, celebrating my team, and parent/teacher conferences are on my to do list for the day. 🙏

I’ve never actually met the majority of these incredible women in person, but for some reason I feel like I know them...they’re like my sisters.
They bring laughter, support, and constant inspiration to my life. For someone who went from a full-time job with constant people interaction to a stay-at-home momma with only two little ones to “talk” with, this community of women has been one of the things I love most about saying yes to this coaching opportunity!

Looks like I am getting the hang of Yoga! It has taken me a year😳 I am getting more comfortable and I can definitely see and feel the benefits it has on my pain.😊🙌 ❤️ For so long it was a Danger to me but now it is a (safety) SIM! Maybe I will sneak into a live class someday🤔
