Weights🏋🏻♀️ Don't be scared of them👍🏻 I know I didn't like to use weights cause I thought I would look like a body builder which isn't a bad thing I just wasn't looking to bulk up. I wanted to tone up and lose weight.
When I finally did a workout that was more about weights and weight training I finally started to get those results😊

Seperti biasa, awal minggu waktunya nyetok masakan jadi (atau setengah jadi) buat dibekuin. Ada beberapa rencana masakan kelewat karena lupa ga dibeli bahannya pas belanja buru-buru tadi pagi. So here are the first batch for this week.

Bahan gampang, waktu bikinnya juga cepet, nggak sampe sesiangan jadi nggak ninggalin bayi lama-lama tapi kebutuhan lauk beberapa hari ke depan udah aman. Tinggal bikin sayurnya. Perkedel buat sama sop, Ayam ungkep buat digoreng pas masak sayur bayam, dan Paru ungkep tinggal digoreng pas masak lodeh manisa (labu siam). Ayam cabe ijonya mah buat kapan aja bisa hehe. Strategi mamak males nih. Rempong sekali, bisa males-malesan beberapa hari hahaha...

COCONUT BLUEBERRY JIGGLERS
* ¼ cup organic coconut butter
* ½ cup blueberries
* 1 ⅓ cup water plus another ¼ cup water
* 3 packets monk fruit extract
* 1 pinch sea salt
* 3 tablespoons gelatin
1. Blend blueberries, Coconut Butter, water, monk fruit, and sea salt for 2 minutes in a food processor.
2. Measure ½ cup of the mixture and set aside.
3. Simmer the rest of the mixture over medium heat for 5 minutes, then turn off and leave on the stove top.
4. Add the gelatin to the cool mixture that was set a side and whisk.
5. By thirds add the hot mixture into the cool mixture and keep whisking.
6. To make sure the gelatin is fully absorbed and mixed pour the now warm mixture back into the food processor and pulse for another minute.
7. Pour into 2 ice cube trays.
8. Place both into the fridge for at least 1 hour.
9. Enjoy with your favorite little (or big) person (these make a perfect finger food for babies starting at about 8-9 months old).

It's Tasty Taco 🌮 Tuesday and today I'm sharing a #ShiftShop approved AND George's secret Taco Meat Recipe and my Taco Salad from today that is delicious! I don't get any Carbohydrates (yellow containers) until dinner so I loaded up my salad with shredded carrots to give me that crunch I was after. 😋 Plus in week 2 of the Shift Shop you can eat as many vegetables as you want so you better believe I piled them high because I ❤️ to eat!
1 Cup or More of Spring Mix Salad (1 Green)
1/2 Cup Shredded Carrots (1/2 Green)
1/2 Cup Cherry Tomatoes 🍅 (1/2 Green)
3/4 Cup Taco Meat (1 Red and more Green - eat your vegetables friends!!)
1/4 Avacado (1/2 Blue)
Top with 2 TSP Salsa (I use Tostitos) (more Green) and several TSP White Balsamic Vinegar (Freebie)
Mix up and enjoy! I also enjoyed my orange container of raw, roasted sunflower seeds. You can add them on or eat them separate.
George's Taco Meat
1lb Ground 93% Lean Ground Turkey 🦃
1 Cup No Salt Added Tomato Sauce
1 TSP Flavor GodTaco Tuesday seasoning
1-2 TBSP Adobo Sauce
Brown the Ground turkey. Add in tomato sauce, adobo sauce and seasoning. Simmer for 5 minutes. Enjoy!

When your overtired kids hit their exhaustion low point and refuse to take a siesta, you change your dinner plans, hit the pool, order a drink, and make the best of it until it's time to get them to bed. (Then you drink more and have all kinds of secret fun to spite them... except not really bc that would mean playing iPad for 6 hours, which is not fun at all 🤣) #travelwithkids
As a mom I made sure I taught my kids these two critical things....
🔥Always believe in yourself. As long as you believe in yourself you can accomplish anything. It doesn't matter if others don't believe in you because at the end of the day you are the only one who can stop you from accomplishing your dreams.
🔥You are enough. Love yourself and the rest will follow. The world is full of Haters so use their hate as fuel to keep you going. But always believe you are enough, don't try to be like someone else. God made you perfectly the way you were meant to be.

It's summer and shouldn't we just be having fun?! It's tough to get my three girls to decide on one activity. Two have fun ideas, but not the same idea. And the third well she's not. I have her trying to identify feelings using the emotions wheel. And up next is the @itoviscanner to see how her feelings show up on it. But first I'm working on helping her to identify a feeling or two so we can select oils to support her. No one ever said being a mom is easy did they? But I'm very very thankful to have these. My oil of today is forgive. I have some feelings that I need to release and let go of because my heart ❤️ isn't complying yet.
