The monkey day!
"Be creative, copy something you like, enhance some art, destroy and create something new, something spontaneous. Let the kid within you to play with whatever he/she finds."

I'm 100% guilty of spending too much time on Facebook, instagram, Pinterest and other 'social' networking sites that actually allow me to do the complete opposite when I'm spending 90% of my day staring at my phone 😂 I also realise the irony that I am now wasting valuable time writing this post. Anyway- what was my point? Oh yes- social media has the ability to do two things to me- make me feel good and connected with friends, family and new people who are in the same boat. Or (and this is how it's going lately) make me feel crap and inadequate as a human being and a mum. Sorry guys- everyone that's in contact with me has been nothing but super lovely, but I need to take a break from here and remind myself of all the things I'm missing! I'm such a fiend and I find myself wasting entire mornings when I should be spending time with my son. I'll be gone for a week or so- I do hope you understand- I completely understand if you want to unfollow me for being in active- but I need to do this every so often. Going to miss you all though- not gonna lie!! #mumlife#parentingish#babyboy#myboy#monkey#instagram#facebook#pinterest#toddler#toddlerlife#hiatus#stopping#pausing#takingabreak#apologies#peace#love#illbeback
#waybackwednesday to adventures in India in 2006. There's way too many good memories to recall there: mosquito net beds, shopping for gold and ruby, showering with solar-powered buckets of water, being featured in the local newspaper for New Year's Eve, and of course, eating really good Indian food (which is exactly what I'm craving for breakfast right now).
