Check out this blast from the past! I had a great purge session with Kayleigh of @kayleigh.organizes yesterday and came across a few ancient items. CosmoGirl from March 2001 featuring @jessicasimpson on the cover along with an MP3 player full of the early 2000 ‘s hits and of course, the compact disc (not pictured: a car visor and case organizer, talk about distracted driving 🙃) And we certainly can’t forget about unforgettable lyrics from Nelly, The Dixie Chicks, and No Doubt ❤️ On tomorrow’s agenda: finish up my office and start on the kitchen. This workshop is designed for new students as well as anyone who would like to gain a deeper understanding of Barre technique. We will go over the proper way to set up and perform each exercise in a typical Body Barre class. We will also address modifications for anyone who needs them. This is a great way to get started with a new exercise program for the New Year.
Workshop fee $25 (includes one week of free Body Barre classes beginning the day of the workshop and extending through Saturday January 27).
