My simple routine from this AM 🌞 I love layering my skincare under my cushion foundation.
🌹the Secret Key first treatment essence rose edition is one of those products that seems to do nothing until you stop using it and then realize it was the magical ingredient to your skincare. It just adds extra brightness and glow to my skin.
🐌 the Cosrx snail 96 mucin power essence is one of my HG products, my skin loves snail. It helps keep my skin hydrated and bouncing looking. It’s made a difference in fading scars and improving texture. 🍊the Ole Henriksen Truth serum is really lovely. It smells like citrus (which I love) and is supposed to help brighten skin and scaring, I honestly can really tell if it’s doing a lot of that or it’s my combinations ingredients that’s working well together. But ether way it feels nice on my face and sinks in well. 🍶Goodall fermenter moisture barrier is a wonderful light cream to lotion moisturizer. It sinks in so fast and makes my skin super glows without being dewy, it’s awesome to layer with another moisturizer, sunscreen or great alone in the summer. 🍉 the Skinfood dragon fruit powerful sun essence is one of the best sunscreens I’ve tried. It has a nice light, watery texture. It absorbs fast and doesn’t leave any white cast and does not feel heavy or greasy on the skin. Layers well under makeup too. 💧Belif moisturizing eye bomb is a lovely under eye moisturizer. The results are completely basic but it feels very hydrating and cooling. This is my second sample and it hasn’t cause any milia or irritation, I like using it over an eye serum since my biggest problem is dark circles.
Having gone through wearing braces 2(!) times in my life I learnt to brush my teeth like a pro✨ still, visiting a dentist recently I was advised to get an ultra-sonic toothbrush and, you know, it’s freaking awesome! Leaves you feeling like your teeth have been polished😊 mine is one of the cheapest I found on Amazon and I’m really happy with it so far👌🏼 no more weird toothbrush angling and it’s got a timer on it😂
OKAY SO 💓💓💓 here are some of my favorite ab moves! do each for 1 minute + then add on a 1 minute plank and one minute of basic crunches/v-ups to make a quuiiiicckkkk 7 minute ab workout!!!
remember to keep your belly button pulled in bc you don't want to strain your back! you should feel these in your core, not your back/neck!!
for c-sits your heels should be on the floor, but for ski abs my feet are not touching the floor! unless you need to modify! for genies + switch claps keep your belly PULLED IN and lower back on the floor so you don't hurt yourself 😘 yay try it and let me know how it goes
I love to take time for me, to make a drink (this morning it is nourishing cacao), burn some Nag Shampa, Sage or Palo Santo, and I journal.
I journal to get clear on how I want to FEEL and to write out what I am asking for. I write it clearly, in detail, I feel it and see it and then I release it and wait. It works.
I don’t sit around waiting, I still DO and BE, by doing I mean taking actions that are in alignment, and, really, that is just me BEING me.
To get OVER a hump, a block or a challenge or THROUGH a slump of procrastination, avoidance or putting ourselves last, journaling what we want and clearly asking for it is like pulling the golden thread, it weaves it’s way, through your heart and soul and connects the mind to the magic that can unfold when YOU CHOOSE to co-create and say YES to doing whatever it takes to BE YOU and make your world abundant, magical and full of daily miracles.

What's your favorite recipe for the perfect Sunday? .
Nourishing recipe: chocolate chip almond meal waffles topped with caramelized bananas + blueberries.
-1 cup almond meal with 3 eggs
- add 2tbs melted coconut oil
- 1/4 cup coconut milk
-1tbs maple syrup
-1/4 tbs salt
-1/2 tbs cinnamon * place batter in waffle iron and option to add chocolate chips
Meanwhile, make caramelized 🍌:
- slice bananas thinely
- in a heated pan add 1tb coconut oil
- add bananas then add 3 tbs maple syrup
- stir and cook on med/low until fully caramelized👌
