Tuesday 17.10.2017 Morning Routine
🎥It is 9pm and I’m posting my routine from this morning now because I had a jam packed day, hence the #latergram . I had a driving lesson this morning, went on a grocery trip for supplies for the office, prepped food for a live on Facebook, filmed the live for Facebook, got on a conference call, had a strategy meeting- basically I had a busy day. I loved every second of it !

If you win the day, you win the week. Win the week, win the month, & so on… I’m a firm believer that you must DOMINATE the day or else the day will dominate you. So, your early morning routine is essential for success. Craft your own “Holy Hour” each morning by committing to some of these early AM essentials.
Journal: Write down the day’s 3 biggest priorities, jot down a few things you’re grateful for, pen some affirmations, craft a blog, or journal recent reflections. Just a few minutes of focused journaling each morning can be incredibly powerful, as writing creates clarity & clarity precedes genius.
Sweat: 5 mins, 15 mins, 50 mins… it’s up to you. All that matters is you get your heart rate racing. Why? You’ll release feel-good hormones known as endorphins that will leave you happy, energized, & motivated. Plus, you’ll have no excuses to “miss” your workout later in the day!
Fuel Up: A good breakfast speeds weight loss, builds lean muscle, & gets your mind right. Oh, & don’t even think about skipping breakfast – several studies found those who skip are more likely to be obese. I suggest oatmeal, fruit, eggs, & whey protein (I use @ascent_protein); but any blend of complex carbs & clean protein will do.
Read: It’s important we’re always filling our minds with great information. You only need 1 game-changing idea a day to create powerful change in your life. So, I read at least 1 book per month. That said, a book, the Bible, a magazine (heck, even a podcast), are all great ways to “feed” your brain. Google “The WOW Book” to get your hands on my motivational masterpiece, or search “Todd Durkin Recommended Reads” for 28 of my all-time favorite reads. 👇

This girl on the left she was dancing 💃🏻 up a storm and drinking up a storm. Hiding the fact that she was insecure 😟 not knowing where her life was going to take her. She went away to college she went a little out of control and was forced to go back home and get her two year degree. Still not happy felt lost and confused.
Flash forward to now 2017. She is not only at the most healthiest point in her life. But her vision sees so much more!! Doing a “Side Hustle”that she doesn’t even know what she would do without it. Opened her eyes to so much opportunities. Starting a class to finally maybe even make more of herself.
I guess my whole thing for this post is don’t ever think that your less than. You fricken more than Girlfriend ❤️
Vandaag stond in het teken van sporten🏋🏼♀️(zoals altijd), bakken en koken🤤 #keukenprinses (👸🏼). Als een ekte “fitgirl” Mooi weer wat prepjes met verschillende gerechtjes klaar voor mij en mijn ♥️. Met 1 dagje vrij vliegt de dag voorbij🙄. Nog zoveel plannen, en nog zoveel te doen🙆🏼. Never ending story. Maar altijd tijd maken voor een #instagame foto💁🏼. Helemaal wanneer mijn bicep vein zich zo random laat zien afgelopen dagen😍😏. Bulken, maar er volgens sommige toch droger uitzien daar teken ik voor #leanbulk 🤡. Dus niet alles wat los en vast zit vreten, maar gewoon volgens mijn doelen✌🏼. Wat alsnog lekker veel eten is #iifym 💁🏼. Met een doel voor ogen maak je het zoveel makkelijker voor jezelf🙃. Been busy busy lately! This week is packed with prepping. These pumpkin spice overnight oats are great to make ahead of time and enjoy with some planning in the mornings!! Recipe was on my stories (I post a ton of food on there apparently!!) but here it is again!! 🎃
Blend some pumpkin purée with your milk of choice and add to your oats and chia in a sealable container. Mix well and add pumpkin spice if you have it or cinnamon, nutmeg, allspice, and ginger to make your own. Store overnight or for a min of 4 hrs and then top with whatever you like! I like to add honey as a sweetener in the morning to mix it better. You can eat it cold but boy it’s cozy if you warm it up! Enjoyyyy 🖤 •
Start everyday with a breakfast worth getting out of bed for! (Or one worth a #postmates order for breakfast in bed)

•[boscia Detoxifying Black Cleanser // love it so far, it leaves my skin feeling clean and ready for the day without that oily feeling. my skin is very sensitive, but I’ve had no issues with it!]👸🏻
• [Carbon+Coconut Teeth Whitening Powder// so I was kind of skeptical when I twisted off the lid and saw that it was black powder, but I just had to dunk my toothbrush in and give it a try....all I have to say is YESSSSSS. This stuff is great, my teeth have never felt cleaner/whiter. charcoal has actually been used for years to whiten teeth. It gives me the “just got my braces off” clean feeling 😬
