Morning everyone. Here's a few sets from leg day this morning.

5 x 10 front squats - heavier every set
5 x 10 sumo squats (smith) - heavier every set
Walking lunges with 25lb. Down & back 3 sets
4 x 15 fire hydrants
4 x 15 weighted kick backs
4 x 20 weighted laying leg lifts
4 x 15 single leg glute thrusts (hold last 5 sec.)
18 minute HIIT on stair stepper
21 Day Fix: Upper Fix ✔
Man, I struggled hard to get out of bed this morning. I even pressed snooze... But, I didn't even stay in bed for the full snooze because I laid there thinking about how crappy I'm going to feel if I skip today. To me, being tired isn't an excuse. #NoExcuses
So, I literally said, "5-4-3-2-1..Go" and hopped out of bed. 👊

I feel So large and in charge today. 🙈🙈 I swear this baby just grew 10lbs over night. Lol or maybe it has just finally switched positions a little bit. 👶

Got my workout in a little later than normal this morning. My alarm went off and the little man jumped in bed with me...so I had to take a few snuggles before moving. Today was 25 minute abs. This workout was hard! The core was buuuurning...but that means it's working🙌🏼🙌🏼. .
One of the reasons it took me so long to start working out after I had Peyton was because I didn't want to take her to a gym. Packing up all my shit to try and make a class was just not something I wanted to do. On top of that, I legit didn't want to leave my house....like ever!! I was so uncomfortable. Being able to workout from home has been my life saver. Now I stream my workouts, (but back then, I would pop in a DVD) and watch exactly what the trainer does and follow it. As far as my nutrition goes, each program comes with a meal plan that you can personalize. Seriously all the tools were given to me. That's how I did it. All from the comfort of my own home. I didn't have to drive anywhere and pack up anything. Win in my book!!! .

1. Diseña tu cuerpo: Busca fotos del cuerpo que te gustaría tener.
2. Visualízate: Cada vez que veas la foto, piensa que eres tú. Mírate en el espejo y haste la idea que ya tienes ese cuerpo deseado.
3. Trabaja por ello: Separa una hora aunque sea de tu día y dedícasela a esta meta. Busca el tiempo. No importa la hora, sino que lo hagas.
4. VISUALIZATE: Si eres una de las personas a las que les cuesta levantarme temprano (como yo...). • Entonces set up the Alarm. • Una vez que suene, abre los ojos y visualízate con este cuerpo nuevo. Dite a ti misma\o "Yo quiero y yo puedo" • Importante, pon el telefono fuera de tu alcance para que estés obligado a levantarte. 🤣🤣
Se que puede sonar loco, pero créanme que funciona. La primera vez que lo oí en uno de los audios de crecimiento personal me dio hasta risa, pero lo lleve a cabo... y ya van hacer 2 semanas que he logrado levantarme tempranito para hacer mi rutina de ejercicios. 🤗🙌🏻🙌🏻 No va hacer fácil crear esa disciplina, pero imposible no es. Además va a valer la pena.

•fitness is so much more than looking good. I mean yeah who wouldn't want to have banging body, but it's more about having the confidence, the strength and courage for yourself. I will continue to give myself the motivation that's needed and the inspiration that gives me the strength in order to get to where I want too be! 💕
