Becoming a mom is the most life changing thing I have ever done. It teaches you patience. It teaches you to think way outside the box because you try to figure out what they could possibly say or do. It teaches you unconditional love. It shows you the love the Father has for each and everyone of his children.
Being a mom isn’t always glamorous either. Sometimes you have snot wipes all over your shirt because there wasn’t a tissue within reach. Sometimes you don’t have enough time to get yourself ready since all the child wants is for you to hold them in the exact moment you need both of your hands. Sometimes you have to use your stern Mom voice. Sometimes you have to turn down the opportunity to do something fun with friends or family because of sleep schedules and you are NOT sacrificing the schedule.
But moments like this make it all worth it. Moments when he climbs in your lap and looks into your eyes just to say “hey mama”. Moments of hearing “I love you” in the sweetest little voice imaginable.
The Father yearns deeply for those moments from us also. The most important thing motherhood has taught me is how I look at my Heavenly Father and the love he has for me. 🧡🧡🧡
Knocked down a mud-dauber wasp nest this morning and about 8 spiders fell out, incredibly the wasp makes her nest then paralyses spiders and puts them in the nest for her larvae to feed off 😳🕷
