I’m one of those people that easily bloat, so some days I look really lean and some days I don’t. That’s the circle of life.. kind of.. not really.
By who do people bloat so easily? It can be many reasons actually and one big one is your intestinal tract can be inflamed because of the types of foods you eat or the bacteria that sits in there, so you may have to clean it out.
But things to help you not bloat as much:
2) Drink a lot of water
3) Monitor your dairy intake
4) Take L glutamine
5) Drink coffee or tea
6) Intermittent Fasting

I have been struggling with my training and dieting recently!! I have to ask myself everyday how bad I want this, I got the same answer every time. I want this so fucking bad and I’m going to make this happen!!! There are many deep moments captured that deal with life’s calling, finding your path and sticking with it. Rich is quite familiar with public speaking and addressing an audience so his communication skills are exceptional, which is partly why this is such a good listen.
The fact that we discuss what he is passionate about is another reason why it’s a good listen. The thoughts and wisdom in this episode will pull on your heart strings and help put certain aspects in life into great perspective. Rich also discusses his feelings about what happened with the Vegas shooting and that essentially he feels he was granted extended life.
I feel I caught Rich at an important time in his life. He is going through change and I feel a lot of what we talked about was exactly what he wanted to discuss with me. This is one of the best entries in the DrumGAB library, I hope you all enjoy this.
