Sometimes all you need is to take a small step back, sip on som coffee, read a good book and make some good notes in order for you to gain some perspective 💕 it's amazing how much in your life can change if you start saying "I get to" instead of "I have to". I get to go to work today. I get to take care of my son today. I get to improve my mindset and improve my health by working out today. See how much better that sounds? ✨ Your mind set is EVERYTHING👊🏻 You can't expect to live the life you want to without putting in a little work, but you should be so. dang. grateful for the work you get to do 🙌🏻. Because let me tell you something honey 👉🏻 the work you put in, pays off! 😻 You just need to have the same excitement for the right here, right meow 🐱 as you do for that end goal of yours. And that's the other thing ➡️ GOALS ⬅️ you HAVE to set goals. Like really. It's important. Why? 🤔 Because if you're not working towards something, you're essentially moving away from something 😥(that something being the thing you really want, boo). So take a step back. Evaluate your life and the AMAZING gifts and opportunities you have been given 🌻 set BIG goals. And I'm talking HUGE 😳. Like it scares you to even think that big kind of goals 🤘🏻. Take it onestep at a time, day by day 🌕🌖🌗🌘🌑🌒🌓🌔 and you will SHMASH those goals, girl!! Want help with those goals? Message me love! 😽 it's what I'm here for ❤️🦋#resultsdrivenbypurpose .

A ver, seamos honestos…
#4 Come más fibra:
Omg I have cellulite!🚨🙄
I wasn't going to post this because of dimples on my leg...really☠️NO!🔥I am damn proud of this body I'm building🏋🏼♀️It's time we start accepting our bodies for how they are and not what society believes they should be!🤷🏼♀️🌸
I've got cellulite and stretch marks, pimples and bad posture...but that doesn't stop me from loving me😌✊🏼Everyday I can do something to take care of those "imperfections" a little more. My body of mine is my work of art and my master piece✨I know there are things like my imperfections that sway me, but I will no longer let those things effect the way I love myself💕🌼I grateful for the determination I have to take care of myself, and I won't let a bump on my leg get me down💪🏽🙏🏼YOU SHOULDNT EITHER!🚨🎉
I get a little panicky when the fridge starts to look empty- so I try to stay stocked up on some things- mainly veggies. 90% of our fridge contents is Whole30.. we keep a few dairy-based items on hand for the girls even though they are drinking more Almond milk now. We also have more money left in our grocery budget than we typically do this far into the month. It's cheaper to follow a Whole30-style of eating since you eat out less and you're not eating food that's less filling, that tends to leave you hungry again in an hour. 🥑🍗🥚#jerf#justeatrealfood
Gym's a bit crowded tonight and instead of buggering about taking a million selfies ima give you this pic and get on with my leg/glutes workout - hope y'all don't mind! It's the weekend! Don't forget to keep grinding though - consistency is key! Don't undo all the hard work you put in during the week 😊💪 what are you up to this weekend? #girlgains#girlswithmuscle
Is anyone else feeling all the feels while mercury is retrograde? 🙋🏻 I feel like all of my perfectly laid plains are crumbling by the second!!! The past few days, doubt, fear and insecurity have been prominent feelings clouding my mind. Since things aren't working out exactly how I planned, I see it as I'm not good enough and I'm never going to make it. My "I will win," mindset has been completely diminished and I have no clue how to get it back. It's really forcing me to think outside of the box but is also reminding me to take time for myself so I'm able to come back full force and full of fresh ideas. It's okay to rest and pause for a bit. It's necessary to feel all of these feelings but not to let them define you. They're always going to be there. Tell them to take a seat in the back because you're in the drivers seat. Your journey is completely in your hands ✨
The #greatnesschallenge#DAY2 by @lewishowes : The biggest obstacle in my entrepreneurial journey has been adopting consistency over an intensely fast-paced start. I've had to understand both my strengths & my weaknesses. I've grown my ability to pace myself in the name of consistency by seeking guidance by direct coaching or through observation of others (but that trait is consistent within me as I even own a fast car😜). To embrace our strengths, we need to understand our weaknesses- that is where the growth happens.
