After six weeks of incubation followed by another 6 of refrigeration one sapling has sprung from the six #BonzaiTrees I've planted (so far). Its one of the #MountainPine varieties, the more traditional looking bonsai. Not hopeful for the rest coming to life but we'll see. Now to take extra care of this little fellah over the next year & see what happens. Going to need some of that compost from you soon @ffibee3000 !
Last Stop of the day was Mountain Pine. I love the @bobbybonesshow and just knew I had to go see the home of #bobbybones it is just right outside of Hot Springs. GPS got me there. Well when I was ready to leave is when GPS failed me and I wish I had an Atlas. So I started traveling North and found a gas station with WiFi. (That’s the only way I made it home.)Miles of back roads through the mountains and still no signal, who knows when I would of gotten home! It was worth it though. Such a fun day. #mountainpine#bteam
"As he saw it, this was a place that had lost everything, but yet when he looked at them he saw a group of people who had never allowed life to keep them down for long."⠀
Photographer Robbie Brindley (@robbiebrindleyphoto) returned to the fading mill town of Mountain Pine in early 2015 to reconnect with his roots. What he found was a place battered by time and economic forces. But he also found himself.⠀

Call me crazy, but ever since I was young, I gravitated toward evergreen scents. There's something so comforting about them that I can burn them all year round. Mountain Pine has been one of our scents from the beginning and it's here to stay. 🌲🌲🌲🌲 Available in all jar sizes. 🌲🌲🌲🌲
