After talking to some very insightful people, I have decided to take the correct steps to better myself instead of waiting and pushing others to help me. Over a year ago I was injured and didn’t think much of it, and kept working as a caregiver, unknowingly having muscular tears throughout my neck and shoulder, arthritis in my neck, and developed pain in my entire right side, from my neck down to just above my knee. I was let go from my job, stopped going to school, and hardly left the house because I couldn’t function physically and at the time couldn’t raise my right arm, or walk without a limp. I made mistakes and was too prideful (and stubborn), wanting to prove I wasn’t hurting and that I could still work until I couldn’t even take care of myself. I got a puppy in hopes that she’d get me out of bed every day, and that was a very good choice. As a caregiver, I’m the one giving care. Not receiving. It’s been a hell of a year, but it’s time to take things into my own hands and start physically becoming stronger, no matter how bad it hurts. It’s been far too long that I’ve been able to do anything remotely fun that requires any physical exertion, but my list is getting longer and it’s time to start checking those boxes off and gaining new life experiences. After a week of rest I am back at it. Back to my #p90x3#totalsynergistics . I waited until 1:30 to workout and it was rough because I was waiting to eat until I could workout. I was feeling great at first but in addition to my lack of food our heat I messed up. I have the AC turned off upstairs and it was still 79 degrees. Can you say light-headed? But, I needed it.
