So continuing on the healthy road by starting my day off with a wholewheat spelt toasts with avocado, tomatoes and 1 overeasy baked egg 🐣
Perfect combo between healthy fats ( 🥑 ), complex carbs ( 🍞 ) and protein ( 🍳 )
Busy day today so taking my vitamins and tea with me today 💗

I took this picture after a month of training on the heavy bag. After a couple months my shins got stronger and got used to the striking. Now the only bruises I seem to get are from other people. "The refiner’s fire is not a comfortable place to be. It involves intense heat and repeated hammering. But it is in the refiner’s fire that we are strengthened"
On my days off it is difficult for me to go into a fitness environment, even if it's for me. Working out means putting on clothes that make me feel like I'm going to work. So today I put on house clothes to exercise in my living room and street clothes to run errands and deep clean my house. Because wearing something outside of fitness apparel is what helps me separate my day's off from my day's on.
I am naughty. I skipped Day 16 #moveyourbody#30daychallenge . 😐 Then I almost did a repeat because of my 4 ounces of rosé last night. But alas I did my favorite yoga YouTube video @shareenwoodford at home (search for “Summer Solstice Vinyasa Flow”). If you ever just want to work on your yoga practice in the privacy of your own home or you don’t want to spend the money on a class, consider doing a video like this. Of course it’s really helpful to go into a studio because the instructor will correct your body and show you the correct alignment and show you how to safely do yoga. But I still really love doing and it at home too because it’s so convenient (just take it easy if you’re a beginner so you don’t pull any muscles). At home yoga is rad because you don’t have to commute anywhere, it’s easy to fit a yoga mat almost anywhere...even in a small living room like mine, you can put your own music on (#tupac ) light some candles and your best incense; and if you feel self-conscious in anyway you can build your confidence until you’re ready to go to class. The more you do yoga the more your body will yearn for it. You don’t have to be perfect at it...you just have to be there with yourself as your body learn to relax and be flexible and strong. If you’re just wanting to join us on our 30 day challenge please do - it doesn’t matter that we are halfway through it, you can just start today. I’m trying to encourage myself and all of you to move our bodies almost every single day if possible. And if you skip a day or a few days don’t feel guilty... this is a fun challenge! Just get back on the train! I’m sending you all love. Look in the mirror tonight and tell yourself you are beautiful. Even if you don’t believe it at first just say it and look in your eyes. We all have a beautiful soul so you can learn to remember - that you are beautiful from the inside sand out. We are so much more than our outside beauty anyway. Do you ever just wake up in the morning and feel like from the second your alarm clock went off nothing seemed to go as planned. .
One thing after another seeming to add just a little more stress and anxiety. Today has been one of those days for sure. .
Finding myself turning back to my old ways and self doubt. Feeding myself with fears and self wondering why and how.
Things weren't going how I had planned, and if you know me you know I love plans! My routine completely thrown off and my eyes swelling up with tears as I looked over our finances to figure out the unexpected.
As I sat on the couch feeling sorry for myself I had a moment of gratitude come over me. Why in the world was I CREATING this mood. Why was I putting out that BAD ENERGY and SELF DOUBT.
I am beyond blessed to be happy and healthy. To have an amazing family and friends and the ability to create amazing memories. We have so many things to be thankful for and yet for a moment I lost track of that.
But beyond being thankful for what I have I am thankful for the ability to realize that. To be surrounded by amazing women in my coaching community to lift me up. For the personal development that was introduced to me and learning to kick that mean girl to the curb and embrace all that life brings.

There are times that we have setbacks. I am currently experiencing one. Not quite sure what is up with my knee, but no lower body for me tonight. 🙄
I can still work my upper body, so that's what I did. Working out is my therapy. It's what burns any negative energy that comes my way that day.
We will see what's up with my knee tomorrow. If I'm limited with exercise, that's ok. I will still do something to work on me.
I don't ever want to go back to working a 9-5 job, in a sad looking cubicle, working under florescent lighting. No thank you. 🙅🏻
It's not what I want for myself or my life.
I want to be able to create my own hours. I want to create an amazing team of like minded women. I want to crush goals that I never thought were possible. I want to build an income that I am proud of. I want to build the lifestyle of my dreams.
Tonight I get to listen to amazing leaders within my team!! They are sharing their hearts and inspiring tidbits on how they created a business of their dreams!
I wholeheartedly believe in this opportunity and can't wait to see my dreams become my reality.

I heard the echo of my voice early this morning in the valley as my water bottle rolled out of my windbreaker into the trail for the third time. "fffffffff" 😤
Today, body was strong, mind was not 👇🏼 I don't have the right gear, this water bottle is too big, I have no business running on these trails and have no idea how to navigate them . 😤
I have a million other things I should be doing right now. Why did I commit to this!? I don't even really like running. 😤
It quickly became clear to me, that if I wanted to complete what I set out to do this morning, I had to shift my mindset from 😤👉🏼😅 I mean, I have a lot to be grateful for. 👇🏼 Like a husband and coach who not only maps out my routes for me but also calmly deals with my antics when I call him mid run with nothing kind to say.
The peace that comes with a beautiful fall morning, as the sun rises and peers through the trees.
Access to these miles of trails, nearly in my backyard.
A career that allows flexibility to schedule a Monday morning run.
A freaking body that M_O_V_E_S.
Aghhhhhh the POWER in this subtle mindset shift. Planned on 8. Only got kind of lost. 😂 Ran 8.4.

Long weekend felt very long. Woke up with a horrible throat Saturday then went to a boxing course all day where the practical was 3 hours straight without a break, couldn't get my head around why someone would plan a training course like that but its over now, took me 3days to get over the pain so went to the gym this morning and just walked, feeling decidedly shitty now but going to get through the day, loads of vitamin c and then early night to kick this cold. #fitness#moveyourbody#exhausted
Led my first yoga class at girls mountain getaway weekend! The intention of this class was to be grateful for what we have today and to take a break from constantly seeking more.
