How are all of you doing?

I’ll be honest, I’ve felt the pressure and burden of the weight loss industry this month! My personal Facebook newsfeed has been filled with diet talk and weight loss obsession and even I feel the desire to potentially make diet changes with weight loss as a goal.

But then I snap out of it and realize that the 60 billion $ weight loss industry is not trying to help me, and the side effects are awful!
.
Instead I will fight those thoughts and continue down the Non-Diet approach! The approach that research has proven has no negative side effects, just positive ones...

💜increased activity/fitness
💜reduced blood pressure
💜increased positive body image
💜decreased binge eating
💜Improved emotional health

Siempre pongo ideas sobre comidas, que para eso soy dietista. Pero aunque una buena alimentación es importantísima, tener una vida activa también es primordial. Pronto hablaré de ello en el blog, porque está muy extendida la idea de asignar un porcentaje a cada cosa y no es así, alimentación y ejercicio son dos partes de un todo. Un todo, la SALUD, al que aún podemos añadir alguna parte más de gran importancia.
Siempre hablo de la planificación de las comidas, de cómo organizarse para comer saludablemente... Pero también es importante buscar un hueco para hacer ejercicio, y no por estética sino por salud; física y mental.
He contado ya varias veces que estos últimos meses he tenido que hacer un cambio de horarios, que no tengo tiempo para nada entre semana, pero hacer ejercicio para mi es una prioridad, así que cada día guardo un rato para mi y a primera hora de la mañana estoy entrenando.

I got so excited when I saw a bright green bug just chillin there as if waiting for me to take a picture of it. I was even more excited that said bug didn't fly away as I got closer and closer, but I then found out that this bug had gotten stuck in a thorn and was already all dried up haha. 
The little spider wasn't very happy with me getting so close and messing with it using a stick. It raised it's front two legs to make itself look bigger and scare me away. It worked but not before I caught an up close picture of it's googly eyes 😂🕷 It was a fun adventure full of interesting bugs and plants, tree and rock climbing.

Поработали немножко)) Не, ну прикиньте, я ел как трактор все новогодние, а прибавил всего 2,5 кг!!!!! Кто то съедает сладкую булочку и потом месяц фигачит в спортзале, а у меня все ни как у людей. Really though, we never will and that’s the whole point. Every day till your last, keep discovering yourself...there are gems to mine out that couldn’t have been uncovered any sooner than today and the only way to uncover them is to keep digging.
