Well, I did it!! I made a DELICIOUS raw, dairy free blueberry cheesecake!
Here is the recipe I went by https://prettypies.com/recipe/blueberry-lime-cheesecake-vegangfpaleo/
NO, this is not WPP. This was made as a Fathers Day treat! Way better than many desserts!
I added only about 1/4 cup (at most) raw honey for sweetener. I also used all raw nuts. Crust I used half walnut half pecan (instead of walnut/almond in recipe)
I also recommend NOT soaking your cashews overnight, it is too long. You only need to soak them for 1-4 hrs.
We also only placed in the freezer for 3 hrs and then ate, it was not frozen hard at that point. By the next day, if left in the freezer, yes you will need to thaw a bit before cutting.
I am already thinking of ways to improve this gem, like maybe some ginger...?
Ok guys, hold on to your fork! This is worth paying attention to😆
PANCAKE FISH, yep, I made paleo pancake cod nuggets and they were awesome! I bought a paleo pancake mix a long time ago and tonight wanted to eat cod and thought, hey why not! The mix is from Birch Benders Micro-Pancakery and is gluten free, grain free and soy free. I cut some cod fillets into nuggets, whipped an egg and stirred in with fish. Next added some of the mix until coated. Cooked over med heat in Tin Star Foods ghee just until browned on both sides and sprinkled with salt and pepper.
Served with romaine salad - I made a quick dressing with FarmhouseCulture gut shot, olive oil, mustard, s &p
Roasted cauliflower with lemon, nutritional yeast, s&p, red chili flakes
WOW!!! that is all😋
Funny thing about my green smoothies, they always look like💩 but taste 👍
Think about it like this, if you mix all the colors of the rainbow 🌈 what color would you get? Right🤗
This is ultra healing full of raw veg that feed the cells, good fats that supply energy and slow down the sugar absorption from the berries(no sugar spike), low sugar using only berries, anti aging, anti inflammatory and keeps me satisfied until dinner usually!
This is my classic go to mix: *all organic
1 cup frozen strawberries and blueberries
1 big stalk celery
1 handful fresh parsley
1.5 cups fresh spinach
1 tsp turmeric
1 scoop collagen Vital Proteins
1 Tbls ginger juice @the_ginger_people
1/2 cup full fat coconut milk
1/2 cup kombucha GT's Kombucha
Well this was a lil bite of heaven😇 I have been craving an Italian sub for a few weeks and finally made this yummy snack!
Spent the morning rearranging our living room, which always requires tons of cleaning, and made a sweet new sitting area overlooking our lake☺️ Romaine lettuce leaf
Uncured pepperoni, hard salami and all natural turkey. Jalapeños, mayo, evoo, red wine vinegar, s&p and Italian seasoning. Perfect! Craving satisfied. -------

Literally took all the leftover veg and what not and made a soup, I'm just going to list the ingredients 🤣 Btw, it's freaking delicious!
Side of roasted brussels with balsalmic glaze.
Can of coconut milk
Crazy right? Crazy good!
Prime Rib Roast served with cauliflower purée and Caesar salad
This was the first time I cooked a rib roast correctly, we do like ours rare, you can certainly cook how you like! And I always eat grass fed beef
To cook 5 x the lbs = mins to cook. Mine was 2.5 lbs so I cooked mine 15mins on 500 degrees then turned the oven off and left in there for two hrs,NEVER opening the door. I also brought to room temp for 2 hrs before cooking. Rubbed with ghee, s&p, garlic and Herbs de Provence before popping in oven!
How do you cook yours?

✌️Ok two things, first my dinner bowl last night was the bomb!!! I've said it before and I will say it again, one skillet cooking and bowl eating is so easy, yummy and simply the best🤗
Buffalo, shiitake mushrooms, red pepper, cauliflower, green onions, kale, chicken broth, coconut aminos, fish sauce, Apple cider vinegar, sesame oil, s&p, chili flakes and garlic👊
Second thing, I've been a bit busier lately getting my newest health-centric company launched, but busy is a good thing to me when it's something you are passionate about💕 Sooooo, late last night I tied up all the little details and shared my newest baby with the world🌸 I believe what we feed our skin is just as important as what we feed our bellies👈 think about that. •
So be my guest and come on in, look around and share🙏 Lots of good info here - @bewellcompany
BLT salad, you know you want to face plant into this right now😂 I did!! Lol
@iloveorganicgirl baby spinach with uncured, @pedersonsfarms sugar free bacon, @vitalfarms pasture raised organic eggs, organic red onion, avocado, organic tomato and cucumber.
Dressing was equal parts @chosenfoods mayo and @stevespaleogoods ketchup, lemon juice, garlic powder and pepper.
Make it, your family will love you and so will your belly🤗
Marinated Cube Steak Dinner
With lemon garlic roasted cauliflower hash
First let me say my son made a delicious marinade we used for the grass fed steak. I then browned on both sides in several tablespoons of ghee with s&p. Removed to rest. They cook fast and will get tough quick so be careful. I eat mine medium rare.
Ok, the star of this meal was my new recipe of cauliflower hash😁 I will write it up and post later today, trust me, you will be making this tonight!
Sautéed mushrooms I did last after all the steak and added a little broth to grab all the dirty bits in the pan, yum!
