You have so much to think about during pregnancy that it may be easy to overlook your mouth, but pregnancy can actually make some dental problems worse. It’s important to continue to see your dentist during pregnancy for checkups and cleanings, along with brushing twice a day with fluoride toothpaste and cleaning between your teeth once a day. Meanwhile a video demonstrates what might possibly happen if you loose even one tooth.#mumsofegypt#cairo#egypt#pregnancy#dentist#mums#cairomoms
Another advice from our fabulous mum @amymowafi 😍
"I want to be a ballerina, and a mermaid and a MO4," she said.
My work here is done.
On a separate though not entirely unrelated note, any mummies or daddies searching for the most perfect ballet class ever, I can't recommend @saneegypt highly enough. I am still on the hunt for mermaid classes. #mumsofegypt#advicemumsofegypt#egypt#egyptkids#cairo#cairomums

Recent video of Dr. Hamilton became very popular on YouTube where he demonstrates the magic technique on babies to calm them down who had just received a shot. You can use it to your baby anytime when he is fuzzy unless he is hungry or sick. Here's how it works:
1. Fold the baby's arms across its chest.
2. Hold his or her folded arms with one hand.
3. Using your other hand, cradle the kid's bottom.
4. Gently rock the baby up and down, while "stirring" them horizontally.
Hamilton adds that the key to "The Hold" is keeping the baby at a 45-degree-angle – letting them remain in an upright position gives them enough freedom to throw their heads around, which can make them more upset. #cairo#baby#egypt#egyptiankids#alexandria#mansoura#newcairo#zamalek#nasrcity#newborn#zamalek#healthybaby#cairomums#mumsofegypt#drhamilton
