In May of 2017 I was at the @tokyointernationalartfair - I was supposed to do a live painting piece, but when I was ready to paint.. there was no Easel :) - So I decided to create a couple of pieces on the ground using Japanese Brushes, Sumi Ink and Washii Paper! It was truly a wonderful experience! Thank you @joelledinnage and the @globalartagency team For giving me this wonderful opportunity this year!
I love Audible and Thank You to #rabbitspodcast and @thewaywardpoet for recommending this book and author. I am really enjoying everything I've listened to and read so far. Currently listening to Kafka on the Shore by Haruki Murakami.
Deceptive shots for #bookstagram 🤘
I've been eyeing the #VintageMinis since I saw them on sale a while back. Finally I got my hands on some of them and decided to start with a dose of #Murakami with his write up on #desire . The backdrop of this pic is the reality of my life where I've to teach english literature to undergrad students. Will the texts reign over the pleasure reading? Why can't I teach undergrads about Murakami's writing?
Shay! Tuesday dilemmas.
On another note, I haven't yet finished The Power which is my current read.
"It's like the Tibetan Wheel of the Passions. As the wheel turns, the values and feelings on the outer rim rise and fall, shining or falling into darkness. But true love stays fastened on the axle and doesn't move."🎡
