Learned this blood flow restriction method from @sethferoce... Rest pause sets, resting about 15 seconds between each 8-12 rep set. Definitely pushes tons of blood to the quads when you stand up.💀
Wasn’t feeling training legs at all tonight. Didn’t have the energy or the motivation, but I had the discipline to get in there and kill it. Couldn’t be slacking the day before all the food I’m going to consume tomorrow.😂🦃
Feeling thicker than a snickers 🤰🏽 back up to 241 after in issue that came up the past couple weeks. Happens, you just have to harden the fuck up and force yourself to correct the course. Stay savage my friends.
Have officially hit my heaviest weight at 205... did not even realize I️ had put on that much, but can’t wait to cut back down to 180 over the next two weeks and maintain that weight until I’m about 3 months out, then the serious cut will come😝
