The come back
I haven't posed in a while due to not being able to train the way I normally do because of a knee injury. I'm feeling a hell of alot better. Still doing PT but it's time to kick it in to high gear!
YUP.. 2 years and my how I have changed!! Everyone sees an OUTSIDE change, that’s easy to see, BUT everything else about me changed as well!! I have NEVER been as focused, positive, happy and excited about my life right now!
It’s crazy to think that only exercising did that, BUT it did!!!! WHY??? Because exercising is a MIND game!
you have to WANT it (which seems easy but it’s not), you have to DO it (which nobody likes, including myself some days)
you have to be happy with the results, NO MATTER WHAT(which sucks sometimes)
DOING all these things, is in your head!! Telling yourself you can and taking each day 1 at a time... will change you!
If you want to have inner peace and outer awesomeness!! PM me and let’s chat!!
Who can relate? 🤣
No matter how many times I start to count calories or think I’m used to it, this ALWAYS happens
For those of us that have been big or over ate our entire lives (mine including childhood) you probably can
Heck, I know skinny people that are like this. Isn’t that the dream? Eat everything thing in sight but still have a decent figure
It’ll be a lifetime struggle for me and even though I tend to slip at times and indulge I’ll just have to dig a little deeper than some and put a little more effort into it
We’re only human and mistakes happen but if we just take it day to day, it doesn’t seem as bad. Just win the day, everyday!
Post workout thoughts: no matter what is happening in your life you must keep doing what you do best today may be our last day so what is it that you would love to do right now? If it's "impossible" then your mindset isn't right and that's why you're not living it I am obsessed with the idea of becoming the best me ever it's been a couple months lifting weights eating better and I can say that if you're depressed right now there is hope the light will appear when you're ready to take action less saying and more doing I COMMAND YOU TO GROW! #isymfs#ironaddict#armday#swole#musclebound#headforgreatness#keepfighting#nevergiveup
No-one in bodybuilding has ever had a over developed upper chest❕ .
. 📌The point is that when working out the chest the priority should be working the upper fibers of the pecks first! .
. 🔬Research shows that a 30° angle is best to recruit the upper fibers of the chest .
. 📍Above 45° will start to recruit more of the front Delts than the upper chest.
