High Incline Shoulder Smith Press to start off Delts today. 6 to 8 rep range 2 working sets. This was a set of 225lbs for 8 reps failure full reps no parcials. I  tried 275lbs before this set for a working set but I over reached only got 3 full reps so had to lower weight for 2nd working set and get the extra ones I didn't first time around! Next week I'll beat the 225lbs and get 230lbs for 8 reps! @rep300

photos I took on the 12th of July, just before I went away. I was 84.4lbs / 38.28 kg. This is my before, and I'll never look like this again. I won't let myself get worse, I only hope I can get strong and find the real me again. I think at the moment I look perhaps a bit better than this, as I am now 86.2lbs / 39.1kg.. although my Mum says I look no different. I have lost weight since I got back home and back to "reality". I don't understand myself either. I ate so much when we were on holiday, but yesterday I went for an ice cream with my family (the amazing Ferrero Rocher ice cream that is so huge!) but I got so panicky and my heart started racing and I freaked out, debating on whether to get one or not and asking Mum if I should and saying I want one but I don't know if I should.. in the end Mum bought one for me, and I had two licks then started CRYING!!! So ridiculous, especially after spending a week last week eating so much and having loads of ice cream. I was so annoyed and angry with myself. We had to throw my ice cream away ☹️ and it is literally the best ice cream in the world. Mum said I need help and can't do it on my own like I said, after seeing what I was like yesterday. I was doing so so well, I just don't know why I can suddenly struggle over something so small and that I would eat 5 of the previous week? I get so caught up in comparing and worrying about what others eat, and I find my Grandma restricts her food sometimes and yesterday when I got my breakfast she said she hadn't had any because she's so full from eating so much last week. Then I was so happy to get an ice cream with everyone but Grandma said she wasn't getting one. That's when I started panicking. I didn't need one either (even though I wanted one more than anything). Ugh I just am so angry and annoyed at myself right now. I've been eating not at all enough this week, and have lost weight since we got back as I am now 86.2lbs but on Monday was 88.2lbs. Anyway, massive caption once again. Just thought I'd post these photos because I am not letting myself get like I was before we went away again, at least not as bad. I have fallen back into old eating habits but I'm changing that

Eat, train, eat, Go to work, eat, eat then eat again. Sleep for if I'm lucky 6 hours, wake up and repeat it all over again. Bodybuilding is definitely not the easiest, and only the people willing to  do what it takes has a chance, and even if with that your still not promised to make it. You have to be the 5 percent of people that want it so bad and have what it  takes to really go far. It gets nasty and  it can hurt, can leave you feeling drained and exhausted. Here is what most of my food day looked like.. not pictured is the chocolate rice cake, the piece of gluten free bred with cinnamon raisin peanut butter, two cups of coffee with almond milk, and the 1.5 oz of banana. I had oats, almond butter, egg whites, and strawberries for meal 1, I had two Tupperwares of the zucchini lentil pasta with ground turkey and seasoned tomato sauce and diced tomatoes, with broccoli and green beans. I split my dinner into meal 4&5.. it was sweet potato, chicken tenders, green beans, and steamed zucchini. Meal 6 post family walk was cream of rice with blackberries and stevia. Today was a rest day. I still weigh 105.. I still have abs for days. See, I used to be afraid of food.. but what I didn't know was that I'm wasn't feeding my body correctly. Gluten and dairy just doesn't work for me. Greasy, fried, and processed food absolutely do not work for me. I eat so much food, I drink my water, and I kill it in the gym. There is zero substitute for REAL food and going hard in the gym! Stop being afraid to feed your body. You want more food? Put in the damn work to match it. I could totally be starving right now 2.5 weeks out but I'm putting in the work and I'm getting the food! Tomorrow is leg day.. and I'm ready!! Today was a 12.75 hour day. 
I walked and was on my feet from 10am - 6:30pm. Sweat, lift, walk, squat, lift, sweat, walk, squat.... Needless to say I decided to not workout, rest and go to bed early. 
Dinner, once again, chicken and broccoli. Crisped up on the stove with some lemon pepper and sriracha ketchup πŸ˜‹
