Challenge time: THE CRAZY 8. What's up folks, 3 exercises. 8 reps each. For 8 rounds. It's a Pull/Push/Core exercise combination that will hit the entire upper body. It was too long to film the whole thing so I only did the first two rounds. Rules are simple:

Sometimes the bouldering doesn't work out as planned, but luckily the post-training feels awesome: core, bar-movements (📽on the video ⬆️), handstandpractice and a full body stretch... Getting stronger? Maybe. Getting better at climbing? Not really 😂 Having fun? Yeah 🙋🏼♀️
