The blue tiled interior of the Blue Mosque.
Eid Mubarak everyone!
For today I will post the interior of the Blue Mosque or Sultan Ahmed Mosque in Istanbul.
The interior of 20,000 blue tiles that lines its high ceiling and columns featuring flowers, trees and abstact patterns where the mosque got its name.
It was Ramadan on our visit, but gladly visitors were still allowed to visit inside.
In the entrance, visitors should take off thier shoes, brought them inside handcarried from the provided plastic bags, blue long skirts and veil were also provided and should be wear by women.
More than happy enough that picture taking is also allowed.
Blue Mosque is the first mosque I ever visited and I was fascinated and overwhelmed. I felt blessed.
Unfortunately, my photography skills is so amature that I failed to capture how really beautiful is the interior.
I understand the math of death and it's complexity
I understand how you was violently murked
I understand how you was raised under the lies of the church
But understand and recognize that I'm cursed #myphotography#eastlosangeles#aotp#myeyes
