I absolutely love having every evening off because it means more adventures under the stars (& quiet ski trails! 🙌) So excited to get the skate skis out on a long stretch of trail though and work on the cardio! Maybe a skate up Moraine tomorrow... #lungsyougotthis#crosscountryskiing#mybanff
PANORAMA! 😍 I've been a little absent from social media because I've had a lot of work, the famous “December madness” that we all fall into! Today I wanted to share this photo of one of my favorite landscapes in the world, that whenever I’m there or I see a photo of the place, it transports me to moments of peace and fresh air. So I also wanted to send you a little bit of that peace that we sometimes lose on our daily life. This glacial lake is called Peyto in the Canadian Rockies and its saturated turquoise color is because of the glacial sediments. What do you think of the photo? Tell me in the comments if you felt a little bit calmer just by looking at it 😌🍃
Crazy clouds, crazy shoreline. You'll always find something new driving the Icefields Parkway.
Frozen art found in Banff National Park

As the lakes freeze, the bubbles released by the underwater plants get trapped at increasing depths, creating mesmerizing, 3-D works of art. These sheets of ice are usually hidden underneath snow, so viewing them is a very special treat!
