It's rare seeing this much human interaction on the streets of Tokyo. There was a "hate speech" demo where people rally against political decisions made by the korean government or in the worst case, korean people in general.
There were people that counter these hate speeches too, so the police were following the demonstrators to keep situations under control on the already-hectic streets of #shinjuku . Nov. 19th 2017
Climbing up the sandy dunes to witness the crashing waves on the side of this look out was such a momentous moment that I never grasped the weight of until now. Just when we thought the sun was going to beat us on our race to see the sun disappear under the water we caught it just in time to make my first time on the Oregon coast one to remember. Setting the tone for the rest of my time in the pnw I was continuously blown away by the beauty I was seeing everyday. Being able to dangle my legs over the side of this cliff was both revitalizing as it was a bit scary. Not knowing if the rocks below were going to crumble from underneath me or hold my weight while I soaked in this experience was a risk I was willing to take and one that I cherish looking back. This is going to sound cliche but life is too short not to take risks or live to the fullest and I’m so glad that I have the opportunity to do so.
