One of my own personal meal.
200g of Sweet Potato (boiled), 200g of mince chicken (pan-fried) & 15ml of Extra Virgin Olive Oil. Added a lil bit of Garlic Salt & Pepper to taste.
Carbohydrate = 35g
Protein = 41g
Fats = 30g
Total of 570 Calories.
Sweet & flavourful. Just nice! I think everyone should try it. ^^
