Starting my #norefinedsugar#28daychallenge today. My aim is to entirely cut out refined sugars - so sugar, honey, bread, white pasta, cakes, biscuits, white rice, fruit juices, ketchups etc and limit my overall natural sugar intake to 40g. Low sugar diets are shown to be beneficial in increasing insulin sensitivity and I know mine is utterly crap right now. So first meal #healthyextrab#weetabix with #healthyextraA#soyalightmilk with #banana and #blueberries . Clearly there is still lots of natural sugars here from the fruit and a minimal amount from weetabix, soya light is free from sugars entirely. On #myfitnesspal this meal shows as having 23g of sugar. To visualise that you get 4 grams per teaspoon so this has nearly 6 teaspoons of natural sugars! So that's my sugar hit for the day done! I've tracked my full day plan on #MyFitnessPal and I'll be well under my 40g goal by the end of it as long as I stick to it! #dairyfree#pcos#insulinresistance

Morning, so last night, I didn't just fall off the wagon, I did a dive worthy of an Olympic gold! Regretting it this morning, but I just felt soooo run down and exhausted.
Have decided to change weigh day to Monday, to discourage a weekend cheat day. Today is day 1 of macro and calorie counting again. Calorie goal is 1400 a day, with 40/35/25 for protein/carbs/fat.
As I am in a bit of a rush this morning, having @myproteinuk virtue bar, coffee and a bowl of fruit for breakfast.

The first thing I bought when David and I got engaged were my wedding shoes. I've always needed a wide fit and loved my shoes when they arrived.
Having dropped four dress sizes my shoes now slop up and down as I walk and I absolutely cannot wear them now 🙁
Had to order a different pair - kinda happy on the weight loss front but gutted about my shoes.
Love the replacement pair though, but of course I can't show them yet 😉
