There are days when I wake up low, stressed or without a purpose not finding my own thoughts to keep myself focused or happy. Well, I am humble to this days too as it reminds me I am human too. And all these fears and insecurities are part of the process of the living.
However, you cannot let it go on. For that is not the way to excel in your journey. So its particularly okay to feel scared, low or stressed but one needs to keep reminding itself, that I am more than just this days of usual low. Best medication I think is your own favourite pictures of yourself. For me I have plenty of them such as this. When I see this picture it is my self motivation. I see myself what I achieved, every day grinding in and grinding out. I see myself having a home in the place I wanted and how happy I am. I feel grateful for the memories other men only dream off. And at last i see a tiny me, in this whole magnitude of universe. My problems, fears, insecurities and stresses are just tiny. So why ruin a day for such tiny thing? I get up, and again become the hustle, start the struggle for what I love. And what i love i do again.
For climbing the mountains taught me...
Everybody falls, only the champions get back up!

~The Best Of Beatles Ashram~
Story Of This Ashram
The Maharishi Mahesh Yogi ashram (Beatles Ashram) is located in a beautiful spot within the Rajaji National Park with the river Ganga flowing quietly behind it. It got the world's attention when it briefly housed the band members of the legendary English rock band The Beatles in 1968. But with time everyone forgot that, and the ashram turned into a ruin after it was abandoned in 1997.
After being ignored for years, Uttarakhand's Forest Department has finally converted the ashram into an eco-friendly tourism destination. Nature walks, bird watching, and a visit to the ashram are on offer for an entry fee of Rs 150 for Indian nationals and Rs 600 for foreigners.
