Lunch today is a wafer thin chicken salad (1SP) with 30g of light mayo (1SP) and 25g of eat lean cheese (0SP) Cheetos (2SP) fruit (0SP) and 2 sugar free biscuits (1SP) 🍪 I am SO tired and I don’t know how im gonna make it until 7pm 😭

Yep that's a middle finger up to the scales ⚖️ as that is an unfair gain. I've been a right negative nancy over it all morning as I've been working hard and I am seeing physical changes but the scales don't represent it. But to be honest I'm not dwelling on it because my body doesn't always play ball 🏀 and if I can see changes then that's enough to get me through to next week 💪🏻
I've decided to switch things up next week and cut some fruit out of my diet and instead up the protein to see if that helps and also ditch the lunchtime crisps (😢) so small changes but doable changes 👍🏻

A super speedy breakfast between my PT session & my first client of the day. I love my @weightwatchersuk No Count jar, it feels really sturdy and secure so it's perfect for taking with me in a rush! Today I've thrown some fat free yogurt and a scoop of @phdnutritionuk diet whey Raspberry & White choc flavour. Topped with an apple & some coconut & almond. Finished with a drizzle of real honey. I always get local honey from the farm shop, tastes totally different and so I only need a tiny bit, and lasts ages. I was also told that local honeys can help with hay fever allergies.
