#seasonschange I've turned a page. I've opened to sharing a lot about the comfort I find in nature... in the personal, intimate, soulfully meaningful "rooms" of my garden... In hopes that the healing I harvest helps you cultivate your own. ✨🍂🍁🌰🍁🍂✨
Because. Because the healing is particularly powerful as I am a card-carrying member of the Keeper-Of-All-Moving-Parts + sandwich generation, not unlike you perhaps -- caregiver to my aging parent in weedy cognitive decline AND to my growing-faster-than-a-wildflower baby boy AND a biz owner, friend, wife, and spiritual being attempting this human existence.
All while trying to eat healthily, "find balance", "live my purpose", sit up straight(er), drink more water, floss, and comb my hair on occasion. ✨🍂🍁🌰🍁🍂✨
I had the distinct honor, pleasure and cathartic experience to pen an article for this season's magazine of #PacificHorticulture on creating #GardenComfortZones .
Better yet, the entire issue is focused on #HealingGardens - filled with good, empowering words, photos, thoughts, ideas for your sweet #gardenheart and soul. The contributors - real gardeners - generously share for our universal benefit. I'm humbled to be in the company of these writers and an amazing editor. ✨🍂🍁🌰🍁🍂✨
Link in Bio takes you to the short-n-sweet of my #NatureRx when in your precious outdoor space: 4 things you can do in your garden that will help open that door to feeling comfort, to feeling better, to thriving outside and healing inside. 👉🏻http://www.pacifichorticulture.org/articles/the-nature-rx/
I'll share a link to the article soon. But until then, take this Nature Rx outside (and order the current issue of the magazine!)✨🍂🍁🌰🍁🍂✨ #thriveoutsidehealinside#redbirdbehindthescenes#gardencomfortzone#caregiver#mentalhealth#naturenurtures#healinggarden#healinggardenhappyplace#zen#serenegreenscene#takegoodcare#fall#pumpkins#garden#nature#joy#stressrelief#wellbeing#fridayplanthappyhour#myyard#nofilter
