This lady right here is one badass babe! She kicked my butt tonight at HIIT fly trampoline class. They say 20 min on the trampoline is like 1 hour of running so I'd say this class was a good substitute for my run tonight. @freebirdtribe

This is such an incredible posture requiring balance, strength, back bending, and lots of breath support. Be careful not to hold your breath, as I find many of my students do in this pose (we must think it helps us balance- but it does the opposite!)
