I haven't posted in a while. Took a little break with the family and then did some real honest work. Speaking of honest work @homebartendr did some today that made my day. I was inspired to go home and make a Pegu Club. Delicious! I was going to go daiquiri but this was what I wanted. My lighting may not be as good but I'm pretty sure this drink is!
2 oz. London dry gin (Bombay Dry gin)
.75 oz. dry curaçao (@pierreferrandcognac)
.5 oz. lime juice
1 dash @angosturahouse bitters
1 dash @angosturahouse orange bitters
Shake and strain into a coupe glass. Garnish with a lime twist.

2 oz vodka
1 oz apple brandy
0.25 oz Cointreau
Apple star garnish (because you're a superstar, obvs)
