I have written, published and sold six collections of short stories and I hold an MA in Spanish Literature. But, my proudest accomplishment is chipping away at my physique through discipline, determination and effort until I am now the man you see before you. Let me put on my swole professor's cap for a moment. The #squat is often used as a metaphor in the world of training. It can represent anything from a monumental collapse under a half ton of iron to a deliriously beautiful apotheosis (look it up) in which you transform into something greater than human for the briefest of moments. Plus, I don't care, dude... If you're not squatting, you're throwing some fantastic anabolic benefits out the window. So, my advice on Squats? Stay on target, be relentless in your effort, but also be kind. I've been told my multiple people lately that I'm a leader. I have never seen that characteristic in myself before. But, it got me thinking (that's always trouble). I'm not one to talk about a thing, I tend to do it. I lead by concrete example, not by words on the wind.
112 minutes. That's how long it took for today's platelet donation to get the maximum they could get out of me. It's a long time to have both arms immovable but the time is worth it as it helps others! 👍
My goal this year is to donate more frequently and outdo what I did last year. So far off to a good start... this is my second one in January! 👍

As hard and frequent as I train I still have gained some unwanted fluff. Since Florida my diet has fell off and Ive bumped up to 190 out of my comfortability. Honestly greens are my tough target which make diet the hardest (f*** you greens).. I have continued taking my green supplement from @myfitnesscanada (sometimes ×2 a day 🙊) to get my greens in tho. 👌time to bump up the diet and clean up for prep... keep pushing for what you want and dont forget why you started 💯
Don’t be so hard on yourself. Be perfectly okay with being who YOU are. Fully embrace yourself, flaws and all. Love yourself right where you are. Strive to do better, but don’t beat yourself up for every shortcoming that you may have. Be brave in your journey! Hold your head up high, and keep moving forward..................
