It’s time for some MovNat!!!! Ok, so I am still adjusting to New Hampshire’s chill but I am appreciating the challenge.
After some sprints I grabbed this birch log and knocked out some clean and presses and a side bent sit get up variation. This was tough because I was facing uphill with the freaking wind 💨 in my face but this new set up forced me to stabilize in ways I typically don’t really find necessary when on a flat level surface. Good times 🤗
And thank you @softstarshoes for these snazzy new primal running shoes. They seriously feel weightless and are wide enough for all my toes to move and breathe 🙏

My anxiety is SO MUCH BETTER now that I got off iodine. 🙏🏻 BUT... I learned at UPW in March that anxiety is my emotional home. 🙈 We all have one; that go-to feeling when we're struggling. "I'm stressed. I'm depressed. I'm tired. Etc." And it's REALLY easy for a temporary biochemical imbalance to become a chronic HABIT. 😳
So even though I'm feeling so much better, I can tell I still sank into that emotional home // stress spot (because I woke up automatically thinking something negative instead of something positive). Doing everything I need to do to be proactive and get my mind back to its usual, happy place! 😻
Step 1: do NOT reach for technology until it's time to start working. 📱
Step 2: read personal development. 📚

I’m not surprised that I seem to sweat 💦 ridiculously on Monday’s 🏋️♀️ since I tend to use most, if not all 😉, of my 20% of my 80-20% rule on the weekends. 😏
Weekends, holidays & LIFE are meant to be enjoyed so finding a good balance can be the tricky part.

We have been super busy making these pine cone bird feeders! Such fun and a great idea from @nationaltrust - this little one also decided it would be a good idea to write letters to the birds explaining what they are having for their dinner and sellotape them to the tree too! 🐦🌳🦅
Yesterday we went out to climb rocks in a place we had never been. The result was, we hiked more than we climbed and got lost in the trees. This was on our lunch stop; she's concentrating on the construction of her sandwich! 🍞🌲
