I recently went on a cruise around Canada. The cruise ship offered a variety of different all you can eat restaurants no charge as it was included with the ticket. I have not been watching my diet and have gone way over my calories every day. End result I finally have some fat on my butt. Been comfort eating to much the last week. Things I know I shouldn't be having with my ulcerative colitis & ibs/ibd. Now I think I'm starting a decent flare. The non stop burning, GI pain has been all afternoon and night now keeping me awake and let's not forget the many trips to the bathroom. What I hate most is it just makes my back even worse sitting on the toilet that often. It's a no win or pretty shitty situation to live in. Give it a day or two then the IBD / IBS will fire off and clog it all back up like a dam..... the life isn't it...
Haven’t been able to hit the gym as often lately, so I’m starting to get back to the at home calisthenics. Diet and sleep schedule is all fucked up, so I need to try to counter it with something right? Lol life of a Transportation designer = no time for a life 😂
