Neon Museum vignettes. The lobby of the museum is the original La Concha Motel lobby (moved to the new museum site). The shell-shaped building was designed by acclaimed architect and style genius Paul Revere Williams, first documented African American architect in the AIA.
Yesterday we toured the Neon Museum in Vegas. It houses the original Stardust sign, as well as a giant skull from when Treasure Island tried a marketing effort to make the casino "Family Friendly" and lost millions as a result of well behaved parents.
