Check out that tiara! 👑
One of my favorite unpopular tiaras is Princess Mabel's wedding tiara. This Dutch Tiara is almost similar to Queen Maxima's Mellerio Sapphire tiara, but just a smaller, diamond-only version. Most notably, she wore it to her wedding (paired with a hideous bow infested dress 🙈), but has continued to wear it to other events including, but not limited to CP Victoria of Sweden's wedding and Queen Beatrix's abdication dinner. 👸👸👸 What are your thoughts on this tiara? Love it? Hate it?
"#EnithBrigitha was a leading #competitive#swimmer in the 1970s. She twice represented the #Netherlands at the Summer #Olympics , starting in 1972 (Munich, West Germany). She won two bronze medals at the 1976 Summer Olympics in Montreal, Canada, in the women's 100 m and 200 m freestyle. Brigitha was named 'Dutch Sportswoman of the Year', in 1973 and 1974. She was the first black athlete to win a swimming medal in the Olympics.
In the 100m freestyle, Brigitha finished behind two swimmers from East Germany, a country proven to have engaged in systematic doping of its athletes in the Montreal 1976 Olympic games. As a result, other athletes have called for Brigitha to be officially awarded the gold in the 100m freestyle and silver in the 200m freestyle. Brigitha has said she considers herself a gold medal winner." #BlackHistoryMonth#BlackGirlMagic#MelaninMagic#Goldmedal#athlete#competition#Dutch#likeaboss#MorethanPeanuts
Some tourists think Amsterdam is a city of sin, but in truth it is a city of freedom. And in freedom, most people find sin.
One of the most incredible cities I've ever visited. It makes you change your mind, and to me that is the only reason you need to visit it.
